Started out pleasant then took a few wrong turns for some reason. Initial set up of appt done with ease. Was told a room would fit in one storage unit. Moving from a one room studio the deal sounded perfect. Unfortunately, was told two were needed when the movers arrived at the storage facility. Only needed the space for a month so even though I was skeptical, I paid it anyway. 3 months later I’m still being charged as if I’m using their service. Was told the issue would be resolved 2 months ago. The first time I called, someone answered the phone saying«All my Sons, I can definitely help you.» He couldn’t help though. Took my number down and said the person who could help would call me back. A week goes by… nothing. emails and phone calls go unanswered and when they finally do… here I am 3 months after I’ve moved into my new apt seeing if my luck will be better disputing through my credit card company instead. Maybe it’s just been a busy season though and things happen. If you use them, once is enough for me, I hope your experience is better than mine.
