I have no complaints about this store other than I feel it should be a little more organized. If you’re selling scrubs then have them organized by brands. I feel they attempted to do so but haven’t yet mastered this. Other than that the workers were very friendly to me. I’m the type that doesn’t like to get bothered and only if I can’t seem to find something do I look for someone. They greeted me upon entering and then let me be which was great. Found the scrubs I liked and bought them. Great shopping trip.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I showed up with my scrub tops to get them embroidered and they told me it would be done by the end of the day. When I went to pick them up, the employee who charged me initially tried hiding to let another employee take care of me. When I told him I was there to pick up my scrubs, he gave me a face and told me to wait. He showed my receipt to the older lady and she stormed over to me to tell me that embroideries are not a one day job and that they had just put ONE(out of 6) tops in the machine. While the younger employees snickered in the background because they KNEW that they had given me an inaccurate timeframe, the older lady made it seem like I was ridiculous for actually thinking that it could be done in one day. But that’s what the EMPLOYEE told me. They could have at least called me to let me know instead of making me drive all the way over there for no good reason. Not even an apology was given! Will never deal with this place again. Avoid at all costs.

I brought three scrub tops here for embroidering that I bought somewhere else. I dropped them off and came to pick them up later. When I came to pick them up they had embroidered them incorrectly, and I needed them the next morning. They didn’t have the tops I had in the store and tried to tell me I needed to pick new ones of the same value. They said they would order them– despite me explaining that I needed them the next morning. They did not apologize once or offer anything for their GIGANTIC mistake. there was no attempt to fix this problem. I will not ever be returning here, and will advise co workers to do the same.

Based on my experience today, this place is great! Came in at 6:15pm needing a logo embroidered on a labcoat immediately. The woman in charge of embroidery leaves at 7pm… Luckily, they were still able to get it done on the spot while I waited! Very cool of them! Very happy with how I was helped.

I ordered from them online. They ended up not having the actual pairs of pants I bought, called me once to tell me, and then never returned a phone call or email message from me again. I didn’t mind that they didn’t have the pair of pants I wanted. I’m a laid back dude. When I tried to call them, no answer and the voicemail had that warning that says«this voice mail box is not yet set up». I called multiple times over weeks. Never anything. And they never responded to a plethora of emails either. All I wanted to do was either just get one pair, or pick a different pair of pants out to substitute the pair they didn’t have at first. In other words, I was still trying to give them businesses and they completely ignored me. To this day they have charged me $ 38. and never sent me anything. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had, and the only company I’ve seen bold enough to literally take my money and not send me a product. Please don’t do business with this company or you’re telling them that their business practices are ok.

The sales person was helpful but the selection was actually very limited for boy’s uniform pants. I could not get over the amount of other things sold that were just junk. I felt like I was standing in a great, big arcade game. The only thing I was missing was my hook.

The worst experience ever! No customer service at all. The cashiers at the Hialeah Location on 8AVE, do not have manners. But what can you say when the owner himself screams at you and his employees in front of the customers? They do not care if you are a customer that have spent more than $ 2,000 in uniforms. They will tell you that the order will be ready in a certain date, and when you go to pick it up, you find out that they have not even touch your order! And do not worry about calling before, if you are lucky they will answer, and they will tell you that yes, you order is ready, without even having touching it! But the worst is when you want to complain because like I said even the owner will scream at you and said that you have to wait until they have the order ready, whether you like it or not! … Of course!!! I will have to wait because you made paid already !!! Please do not go there, do not give them more business, it seems like they already have enough that they do not care about you.

I can tell you my personal experience with this store. First of all, I had already heard before going there that the customer service was terrible(true)! I knew going in that I had to have my work shirt embroidered there and my boss had an account already set up. They quoted her one price and charged double in actuality. I brought in my two shirts on Saturday because I work two jobs Monday-Saturday mornings. She told me in very broken English that they would be ready in one hour. I told her that I would try to get back the next day and If I could not I would have to retrieve them the following Saturday. I returned the next morning at ten because if you call there is no answering machine that tells you the hours of operation. It didn’t open for two more hours(noon) so I waited and when I returned my shirts were untouched. She thought I would be back in a week so the manager, Rosario, said my next shirt was free. I returned on Wednesday in between jobs, but without my new shirt because I’m in the middle of moving. Rosario said she is no longer giving me that deal because she talked to the cashier and it was a language barrier issue. She basically told me I better speak better English and she would not be honoring her word. This is the United States of America, correct?!? I told her I will bring all of my and my boss’ business elsewhere, which I did at one third of All Uniform Wear’s price. Never go to this store! It’s a headache and a half!
