Where is the zero? Alpha graphics disappoints me every time. It’s Friday hours say 8−6pm. And they are closed. Why cause they obviously have made too much money and do not need more business.
Year later still no change. This place must be a cover up.

If there was an option for 0 STARS, I would have chose that.
I sent them a very important print job on a Friday for the following Tuesday delivery. Got the quote, sent them a file, and confirmed with them delivery time and place. I also sent a follow up email asking about the status.
Tuesday comes along and they don’t deliver. I call them and he said that he never printed it because he didn’t get payment information — BUT HE DIDN’T TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT NEEDING ANYTHING ELSE after I confirmed the price quote! I confirmed the job, confirmed the price quote, sent the file and he never told me there was any problem.
I would recommend NEVER using this place. I gave them plenty of time to complete the job and all they had to do was contact me to get paid. Such bad business and very rude on the phone after they messed up.
