Per the salesperson, Carlos, they offer 0% financing. I asked several times if this was so as I had the money to purchase the A/C unit in full, but wanted the freedom of not having to pay it all at once. Hence, 0% financing. He confirmed that absolutely they offered that, no problem buddy! Well, what I actually ended up with was a LEASE, which by the end of the term will add over $ 1500 to the cost of just purchasing it outright. Leading up to and during the installation of the unit, I received several calls from the salesperson, most of which were to remind me to call to confirm that the unit had been installed properly blah blah blah so that ARCO could receive their money from the financing(I’m sorry, LEASING) company. He gave me his personal cell phone # and I have never met a salesperson so accessible. at least until AFTER the unit was installed. A few days later, looking over the papers I realized I had been screwed. I contacted Carlos about what had happened and no response. To be fair, I contacted billing and the lady in charge, Susanne, tried to help by reaching out to the leasing company to see if I could cancel the lease and simply pay ARCO in full. But of course it was out of her hands at this point. Please note: I was STUPID for signing this lease in my rush to get a new A/C. Ultimately the burden falls on me. But that does not absolve the company rep from (1) putting a customer in position to make that mistake by simply LYING so he can make the sale, and (2) scampering off the grid once the sale has been made and the customer has voiced a concern. Avoid this company. There are plenty of reputable dealers who will sell you the same thing and pretty much the same price, and in a much more professional and honest manner. Oh, and the technician arrived late, so I took a day off of work I didn’t have to.

Absolutely horrible costumer service. If there was an option for 0 stars, thats what I would rate it. I had a new unit and air handler installed by this so called company. 1.5 years later, the air has broken down. No unit should break down so quickly. It is impossible to get a direct answer from«the office» about repair. I called the answering service 3 different times on a Sunday and when the office opened Monday I did not receive a returned call. I had to call the following morning as well. It was then I was able to reach someone. The women in the office tell you they will call you back but don’t hold your breath! I have been passed around the office to different people in regards to the repair with no result. Repeating basic information like my phone number and address because they did not have it from my previous calls. Beware! It is not worth going with this group to save money. You will end up paying for it in the END!

This is the absolute worst company. Their installers and technicians are incompetent, customer service is non-existent and the so-called owners don’t care about any problems you have or complaints that are made. Run as fast as you can away from this only gets one start because you can give zero.
