The office was closed when I arrived for my appointment. I had received a confirmation so I’m not sure what happened. Haven’t been back since. Good riddance.

Horrible customer service. I got a confirmation email and text about an appointment, when i get there, there’s nobody on the front desk, I sat in the waiting area and waited 30 minutes and still nobody shows up. I decided to call the other location and the rude person who answer the phone just said a whole bunch of stupid sounding excuses and didn’t even apologize for not even giving me a courtesy call to let a client know whether the are open for business or not. Honestly, I see why the place is always empty. Highly DON’T recommend this place to anybody. Horrible experience and customer service.
