AutoNation Collision Center

Do not take your automobile to this collision center they are the worst. If I could give it no stars I would!!!
My car is worse shape now and it has to go back in to the shop! They have to remove all the incorrect parts to install the correct parts and repaint it…
I regret not taking it to Charlies Collision Center when it first happened but its there now in critical condition and I know Charlies will take care of it…

Wish I could give ½ a star! Horrible! I am beyond disappointed with the quality of service. I took my car in for minimal repairs to my passenger door, fender, and mirror and when I picked up my car the door had bubbles, the mirror was never painted, and the fender had a paint chipped in places it was not originally damaged. Not to mention that I waited an hour because they couldn’t find my keys!
When I finally took my car home we discovered that my passenger door handle wouldn’t open properly. After calling and complaining about this, the representatives were not very eager to fix my issue… They wanted me to come to the shop on my time… I pushed for them to wait for me «after hours», when I got there at 5:15pm, the staff was standing around… Not very busy, eating cake and «chillin».
Finally my car was returned completely functional and still not one «I’m sorry»!
I chose autonation because it seemed to be the most professional from the 3 quotes from body shops that I received. Looks are obviously deceiving and their quality of work really sucks!
Not very professional!!! Really disappointed!

I’m torn on whether to give them one star or two, but I’ve opted for one. I was in an accident early June and both passenger doors were banged in. I went here because it was one of the closest places Geico uses. The experience started off good. I pulled into the Geico area and they greeted me immediately by name (this was the Geico people not the AutoNation people). It took all of about 5 minutes and I was taken to the Enterprise office for the rental car. Another 5 minutes and I was in the rental car driving home. At this point I hadn’t interfaced with anyone from AutoNation.
Geico called the next day saying the car would be available the following Thursday. I called AutoNation the following Thursday around 9:00 am to see if my car was ready. The lady I spoke with said it would be ready after 12:00 pm. I came on my lunch break around 1:30 and they look at me like I’m stupid. My car’s not ready. They said it would be ready the next day.
I inspected the car and found 3 issues, which they fixed. Over the weekend I went to put some stuff in the trunk and there were numerous parts in the trunk. I then investigated and sure enough they weren’t reinstalled. I called Geico the next day and they had the service advisor, Alex, call me. I told him about it and told him that I knew where several of the parts went, but the others I couldn’t easily determined. He said they were probably duplicates. I told him given that the other uninstalled parts were not duplicates, I didn’t have faith in their work and doubted that these unknown parts were duplicates. I now have to make another inconvenient trip out to their facility because of their incompetence.
