4.5 stars(I must deduct a half star for the less desirable views) Axis on Brickell North Tower is the is the less desirable twin of the Axis on Brickell Tower’s because the majority of the north side of the Axis North Tower looks directly into the Camden/Nine Residences, and the majority of the south facing Axis North Tower units look directly into Axis South Tower(if you are into voyeurism, this is the building for you). Other than the less than stellar voyeuristic views, this building does have it all: 1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: You can literally roll out of bed into both the metro rail and the people mover, live a metropolitan lifestyle, and make your bread and butter in the burbs without the use or ownership of a vehicle. You are also a block away from Mary Brickell Village with a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, and a Publix grocery store. 2. 5STARAMENITIES: Axis has it all, reservable«Party Room» with a bar area, outdoor lounge area courtyard, lap pool, lounge pool, spa area, state of the art gym, kids playroom, valet, 24 hour security, and a 24 hour concierge. 3. EXCELLENTONSITEMANAGEMENT: This building is extremely well managed, its like a well oiled machine. They can process applications and paperwork much faster than all of its competitors. Every time I come to this building, it is so clean, that if I dropped food on the floor, I would still eat it. With almost full occupancy in both towers, lots of student residents, and a building that allows pets, I am in absolute amazement each time I come here as to how pristine this building always is. 4. PETFRIENDLY: This is truly the«last of the mohicans» when it comes to pet friendly Brickell buildings that also permit tenants to have a pet. 5. VALET: Relative to some of its competitor buildings, the prices here are much lower. 6. HIGHCEILINGS: Who doesn’t love a high ceiling? 7. TOWNHOUSES: Yep, this building does offer townhouses floor plans within the condominium in addition to single story typical condo floor plans, genius. Axis is a wonderful building overall. Anyone who has had a chance to live here has absolutely loved it, and had a wonderful experience. If they had to leave Axis, it was usually do to a life change or price increases in the building driving them out. Due to how wonderful this building is in comparison to its competitor condos, it now comes with a hefty price tag despite the fact that it isn’t the newest kid on the block, and most of the units still have the original developer carpeting. Live Axis. Live Miami.
