Its so nice to have found a place I can go and have competent professionals who know what they’re talking about and don’t rip you off!
I love this place, I’ve been coming here for years and if they do not have exactly what I’m looking for they go out of there way to help me find it.

I have always found everything I needed. My tv broke and I had to get capacitors so nice to deal with people that know what I am talking about for a change. Wow what’s really nice is I don’t have to go thrill the robot to speak to a human they answer the phone.

I called these guys on the Monday after Thanksgiving because the AC/​AC power converter for my kids’ holiday village and train had burned out. A man named John was SO helpful on the phone — he found a solution for me. Now he said I could buy the replacement part that plugs into the wall and then I could attach the part that plugs into the unit myself, but I know NOTHING about electronics. So I went to B & R on Wednesday and they took care of EVERYTHING! And were super nice to boot. Next time I need any kind of chargers/​adapters/​cables B & R will be the first place I check.
