Typical Best Buy nightmare experience. Looking at tablets and wanted to get info on the different Samsung models. Couldn’t find an available associate? Found one guy and he said he was doing something(BSing with a coworker), but he’d be with me in a minute. Never showed up. At the Samsung tables they don’t have any comparisons of models with any significant detail. Finally about five minutes later a Samsung guy comes over and spends a few minutes somewhat answering my questions. He then says to excuse him, he’ll be right back with me. Ten minutes later nada. Asked another associate to get the store manager. About 5 minutes later the MOD comes over tries to make excuses for the Samsung guy. He then gets me an associate named Euki who had much more knowledge than the Samsung guy. Do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon.

They revamped the store and it looks really nice. The clerks are very friendly. It’s good that the plaza has plenty of parking. Part from not coming here on Black Friday, this is one of the better best buys.

The new set up at best buy really makes a world of difference. I went in with a pair of Bose headphones which broke after almost two years, so with our protection plan they replaced the headphones with an equivalent product! Didn’t have to pay a difference in price and I am happy to say I paid for another 2 year product protection and will continue to be a best buy customer!

No high pressure here The staff must not get a commission. All the products have worked perfectly and the help are attentive and friendly as well. I just keep going back. It’s no Sound Advice but the prices are really good and so is the return policy. Caveat emptor, however, because some item have been kicking around a bit, but they have a nice discount policy and«open box» is treated like new. I bought a top of the line, under the cabinet, mic for something like a $ 100, «open box». When I got to the register I thought, «Hummmmm, been opened, could have a screw up.» So, I bought a warrenty and when I got it home there were parts missing so my man couldn’t install it and chuckled at my stupidity. I immediately spoke to a manager at the store and he was just great and said he would have a NEW model brought to the house and installed. Now, I could not hope for better service than that in this market. Now, I have one of their cards and go in allthetime for gigets and gadgets.
