These guys are THE BEST!!!
They saved me today. I pushed the button to open my gas tank into my door and even though they were closing when I called, they told me to come in anyway so they could open the tank for me as I was about to run out of gas.
Lifesavers because I really didn’t know what I was going to do.
I will be back on Monday to have the issue fixed completely but I love them!

I have been here now three or four times with two of my cars. Owner or manager Ron is a complete lladron as they say in Miami. My first car they didn’t fix right, nor the second car either. They will however overcharge you, hence the word Lladron! My second car went in for alignment and ended misaligned. Oh they offer one year warranty, but why have them screw it up worse!
Then because they were close to the house, I bought my car in for overheat problem– Ron called me to say they found the problem, but it will cost me 600+
With assurances car was corrected i agreed to the 600 overpriced job. I got the car and drove it home. Next day I drove to north Miami and the car was overheating again. I was stuck and had to call BMA and tell them they didn’t fix the car. They towed me back to shop. Unbelievably Ron said he couldn’t find anything and to come get the car. Can you believe he wanted to charge me 29.00 for towing the car he failed to repair and ops check? Ron, what happened to the 1 yr warranty? What happened to the free tow with repairs? Don’t you remember you robbed me of 600.00 on bogus repairs Lladron? Why wouldn’t it qualify for a free tow? In utter amazement, after losing my mind arguing with the lladron manager or owner, he told the cashier to up my towing price to 55.00 and never come back.
I’m sorry Sir, but you my friend are a Richard Cranium!
Please save money and trouble and don’t do business with BMA.

I received a coupon in the mail so I came for the First time to get an oil change, super nice & friendly people. Amazing & fast service, they got me in & out without appt. I haven’t received such great treatment in miami in a while! Def coming back :)

I really like that you can call them up, come the same day and get service in a reasonable amount of time. They have a tow truck that they’ll use to come get your vehicle if it’s not drivable.
In the interest of full-​disclosure, I have a certain disdain for any automobile-​related business (dealerships, mechanics, etc.) simply because the up-​charging makes me nauseous. BMA isn’t too, too bad in that aspect but I was once charged for 90mins of labor on a job that took less than 30mins. And I was given a BS excuse. And I paid and left without disputing the charges. And I accept responsibility for that. I just don’t feel like finding yet another mechanic that is semi-​dependable, so I sucked it up. But I won’t let it happen again.
