Luis the low life manager will deny any packages that does not come in for the actual residents who live there. So if you live there and your packages are being sent to your mom’s name but to you’re apt number then this miserable manager and his shit staff will deny your package. Why? Because they are low lives. This idiot tries so hard. Your hated by the community because of your evil actions. Keep putting cupcakes in the front lobby to hide the true shit you and your staff truly are. This asshole gave me a 3 day notice in which he is famous for giving out, for cursing at that front desk agent Mercedes whom is another unprofessional hoe for hanging up on me for having a cleaning company rummage through my belongings without my consent. This building has bad and negative vibes, people and karma. That’s ok you can deny my package all day but you’ll always be a petty little bitch Luis and the community/​building knows how ghetto rude and unprofessional you are. Hope you and your staff get better soon.

Brickell Vista is a very well managed building. The moment you walk in, you know your home. The aroma and cleanliness is outstanding. The front desk staff is always friendly and attentive to your needs or questions. The manager has a great attitude and is really passionate of what he is doing. It is not easy to have great customer service, keep your owners informed and enforce the rules with transparency but the property manager accomplishes this at Brickell Vista every day. Great place to live !!!

2015 and the building is getting better and better definitely moving in the right direction. Management is now repainting the corrridors, new carpet, doctor aroma scented lobby, recreational room and corridors. LED lighting throughout the garage and retrofitted elevators. Lobby & elevator floors polished every Friday, cafecito every morning with pastelitos on Wednesday’s which you can’t miss. Great turnaround wahoo… for the management team.

Been living here for a year now and I love it. Management is awesome! they do take care of their building! Wish I could buy an apt here soon :)
