I needed several boards replaced in an engineered wood floor. I had four people come to give me an estimate. Two promised to do the job and never showed, and two told me they wouldn’t do it. Someone finally recommended Carlos Conde. THANK GOD! He did the job for a fraction of the price I was previously quoted, he came on time, did the work expertly, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am really glad I found him.
