The restaurant is new and this was our first time eating there. The Pasta was fantastic! 2 of us ordered the pasta sampler, which is 4 samples of any pasta on the menu. The wait was long and for the restaurant not being so packed, I thought it was ridiculous. Then the pasta came out and I could understand why — delicious. All the pasta sauces are made from scratch and had their own distinct rich flavors. My favorites were the flambé vodka and the one with eggplant. Great staff. They checked on our comfort and the Executive Chef Tulio came out to talk to our table and make sure we were happy. Will definitely be going back.
