Caveat

I ordered a custom pair of caveat white jeans and I live in them. No more tugging and pulling when I stand up from a seated position. The design process was so much fun and the location is breath taking. The jeans came in the coolest packaging and I have been getting compliments left and right. Who doesn’t want a custom pair of jeans!

If you’re looking for alterations in Miami, this is the place to go.
Not only do they do high quality work, but they’re also very attentive to what you’re looking for, extremely thorough and have reasonable prices. They’re experienced folks with top-​notch, NYC fashion experience and care about the quality of their work. This place is also impressively clean and fancy inside, which is a bonus.
I brought in a faux leather jacket to be altered (not an easy task). I did not think they could do it, but they listened to every detail that I wanted and throughly explained to me how they could approach the alterations. They were very honest and upfront about what could and could not be achieved to set my expectations. The end result was turned around quickly (within a few days), flawless and EXACTLY what I was looking for. They did a fantastic job and provided excellent customer service.
This place is off the beaten path (a few blocks west of Midtown), but still in proximity of US-​1 and I-​95. It’s well worth the trip!

Stacy hooked me up tremendously. I took a few shirts I needed zippers added to, and I got them back fast and expertly tailored. I get comments all the time about them and I wish i was still in Miami to get ALL my clothes done by him. They’re very stylish and up to date with the latest fashion. Definitely go see them.

This place is really awesome, my experience was great from the moment i stepped in until i got my clothes back. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for quality and style in their alterations. The place itself is badass, the location is perfect and they understand how to fix clothes beyond just cutting and sewing. The prices are a bit high but it’s definitely worth it. Before I discovered this little gem, it was difficult to find jeans or pants that fit without having to get them altered. I was referred to Caveat by a friend because I would be able to choose the fabric, color and custom style my own jeans, to fit exactly the way I wanted them to. The staff talked about the different fabric textures and explained the process of creating a pair of jeans. That experience was a lot of fun and also educational.
During one of my visits (I’m a regular now Lol) I asked if they can do a replica of a pencil skirt I had and the answer was «Yes, we can do jeans, pants, skirts, shorts just ask us and we will provide you a personal tailor, to take measurements and make sure your garments are perfect!» Now, who doesn’t want their own personal tailor? That’s awesome!
Overall, Caveat has been an amazing experience. This store is beautiful and the staff very friendly, knowledgable and professional. I’ve become a regular not only because I can order custom fitted jeans and pants (which I love) but they also do alterations to any of my new or old garments, which come out perfect.
From the moment I walked into this store I was impressed and now obsessed!!!

Caveat is a place of excellent customer service. A place where you can get any clothing item you have fixed/​altered and what’s even better make some of your own. Everyone is very talented, extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Overall you’ll end up leaving happy and with new friends :) .
I came in really pressed with time to get a dress for a wedding altered (I was traveling out of the country that same day), I didn’t think it was going to happen but they made it happen and the dress came out great! I also took in a pair of pants that got mended, steamed and removed of oil marks. Whatever your need is, they’ll make sure to try to solve it so you can leave happy.
I recommended Caveat to a friend who also had great experience getting his shirt samples made!
The detailing and care from the team shines through plus they are so friendly.
