This was my 3rd or 4th trip and unfortunately did not live up to my prior experiences. Branzino was undercooked, love pillows were way way too salty and everything else was just average. Certainly not good enough, particularly for the prices, and it shows. Friday night and the place was basically empty. I had such high hopes after my first visit but couldn’t leave this place with 5 stars. Shows why the restaurant business is so tough. You always need to be at the top of your game. Need to find another go to spot near home.

We have been here several times. Today the server was welcoming and helpful in helping us choose best dishes for our tastes. Beet salad and grilled octopus excellent. I go there for one reason… BRANZINO! I think it’s the best in town! It’s a quiet restaurant.

Sunday I stopped by this place because is very close to my house and I always wanted to visit. The restaurant is very welcoming and cozy and we were greeted by our friendly waitress. The food was amazing, great recomandations by our server and the service excellent! For sure we will be coming back for more great time and real Italian food.

The stars it has here was because of the food, and on that it was pretty 50⁄50. I ordered the fetuccini Bolognese and jt was amazing but my fiancée ordered the Chicken Parmasiana and he really did not find the chicken to be seasoned at all. I expected wayyyyy better service from a place with 5 stars on Unilocal. We walked in and we were not welcomed, we had to ask if we seat ourselves. Upon ordering a bottle of sparkling water the waitress was distracted and spilled it everywhere and if we had not requested a new bottle she would have poured us from the one that fell. Various things just weren’t right and when she felt we didn’t tip her adequately she complained about it as we walked out CLASSLESS! Loved the atmosphere of the place but not much else to be impressed about.

Stopped by centolire with my sister to get a quick Italian dinner around 6 pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was pretty empty but it was early for a dinner. We were greeted by a friendly host. My sister was craving gnocchi and I read the few but great reviews of this place. The gnocchi burro e salvia were really delicious, though we had to pick out the Ham bc we don’t eat pork. Tasted fresh and well seasoned. I had the ragu d’agnello which was also delicious. Can’t wait to come back to try more dishes. The price is reasonable for the great quality of food. Will definitely come back

I just love this place! A quintessential neighborhood eatery. South Miami was in dire need of a good Italian restaurant. It’s the perfect spot for a low key and delish dinner. Had a delicious meal here and will most certainly come back. Would love to see them expand the wine list a bit more.

A group of 6 of us went. We had a great meal. Owner was awesome, food was great too(and reasonably priced). We had Chkn parm, gnocchi love pillows($ 19), grilled Bronzino($ 30). grilled octopus app($ 14) among other things. Most pastas were in the $ 20 and under range. Everyone loved their food. It’s hard to find a reasonably priced Italian restaurant with excellent food. Well, we just did.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place on a Friday night and we were pleasantly surprised. This place serves quality food. The ambiance is excellent and the service is first rate. The wine list has a nice selection and is reasonably priced. The pasta with lamb ragu is excellent as is the pasta with white wine and clams. Our only complaint was that the menu stated that the pasta with clam dish came with cherry tomatoes and when it was served it did not have the tomatoes. The waiter offered take it back but we didn’t want to complicate matters so we let it slide. Also, the amount of pasta accompanying the clams was small. Recognizing this we asked the waiter if he could bring a small side order of pasta of which he did. However, when the bill came we were surprised to see they had charged us $ 8 for the additional pasta. Yes, it is homemade pasta but given that the dish was small and we let the lack of tomatoes slide did they really have to tack on the $ 8? This took the rating from 5 to 4 stars. Other than that, It was a good meal. I’ll be back for more
