I will never do business with this company again!!! I came in on a Saturday placed an order to have a small counter top cut from a remant. I was told no problem, the order usually takes 3 days but they were busy so it may take 5 for sure by the following Friday. I was picking it up and installing it myself so they only had to cut it. I paid cash placed the order and waited for a phone call. The following Saturday I called to see when I could pick up my order and the lady answering the phone could not find the order. Someone else called my husband back saying that the order was being made but they could not give me a time of when it would be done. I called back and spoke with the same lady who answered the phone. When I asked her to explain what had happened she said and I quote” Well I can tell you that we have a lot of big installs to do” I told her that was not what I was asking about .I want to know what happened to my order. With attitude I was told that they were very busy. I said I understand but if I was given a pick up date I would had appreciated a call to tell me that they could not meet that date. I asked to speak with a manager who then told me the order was not even being cut yet… an entire week later. I told her to cancel the order. I picked up my money that same day and went up the street to SGHI on Brookpark Rd. They came in $ 50 cheaper. I ordered it on Saturday and they had it ready for pick up on Monday afternoon. So thak you CGD for being incompetent because you saved me money… a very unhappy customer! CGD has horrible customer service and they do not communicate with their customers. Do not go there!
