When I think about Gelato, I think of Cinquecento… Cinquecento is located at the Axis(North Tower) building and offers a quaint atmosphere. The street parking is limited but there’s a lot next to Suviche or you can valet your car at Axis. I have dined here once before — I had a pizza which was great and I did not like the fact the lasagna was reheated and cold in the center. Living nearby, I get to see the restaurant’s activity and it’s never busy but they deliver a lot of orders. The outdoor seating is spacious and plentiful and they are open late. I do make a weekly stop for my dose of GELATO. Their gelato is the closest to perfection at a very affordable price. Cinquecento elevates the key gelato flavors and never disappoints. My favorites are dulce de leche chip, coconut, and pistachio. With a quaint atmosphere and a friendly staff, Cinquecento offers some delicious gelato you don’t want to miss!

I used to get the classic burger here for $ 9, came with fries. Taste-wise it was pretty good but overall the food was inconsistent. Sometimes you would get the burger with a thin pita for a bun(not good), usually in a thicker pitalike bun(pretty good) and once I got another type of bun. The meat itself is spiced like a kabob, or at least usually, that was sometimes less spiced as well. The fries were all over the spectrum, sometimes great sometimes downright bad.

We ordered delivery for pizza, calzone, empanada and soufflé with gelato. They said it was 45 minutes to an hour for delivery, then confirmed 45 minutes but it took an hour and 20 minutes. The food was cold and they didn’t bring the gelato. Once heated the food was ok, but I’d recommend eating there as it wasn’t great by the time it got here. Price is average.

This place def has the best pizza in Miami and they deliver! I always get the Spicy and Healthy Pizza and add mozzarella. Yummmy I hate sharing it. They have a very fun and creative menu. The pizza combinations are interesting. I have tried other items on the menu besides the pizza including the Gelato and calamari which was also great. The service is always fast and friendly which is a must. Go check it out you’ll love it!

Nice place. Wasn’t crowded at all on a week night but I could tell their take-out and delivery business had them hopping. Devoured a pepperoni and Parma Prosciutto«make your own» pizza and it was great. The manager gave me a complimentary shot of gelato before I left. Delicious and a very nice touch.

Went there for lunch one day, it’s a cute little spot in the heart of downtown Hollywood. The salads were great! Next time I need to make sure I try the gelato. They have a brick fire oven for pizza and indoor and outdoor seating which is great for people watching!

My husband & I have been here like 5 times before writing this review. Every time we’ve gone we’ve received exceptional service and amazing food! It’s not expensive either so when we go all out by ordering empanadas, pizza, beers & gelato for dessert we don’t feel bad about our bill. The gelato is absolutely to die for! & the pizza as well! Also never too crowded & the outdoor seating is chill. Oh yeah, and they deliver… :) Love this place!!!

Last night I ate at Zuma, Miami’s number one rated food in Miami. Tonight I ate at Cinquecento and even in comparison I loved it! A modern trattoria feel. Many homemade pasta dishes, brick oven pizzas, a high bar table outside with Vespa scooter«stools». My girls loved them. Gracious service from the whole staff. The food was very good. My girls who dine out a lot apologized to me for falling asleep in the car and complaining about not ordering room service. It is one of the places where even kids recognize the superiority of a hand made pasta, while their parents are enjoying a delicate heartily sized lasagna. We sat outdoors enjoying a pleasant Miami«winter» night. Views of the people mover rather waterviews, but worth a trip if you have a hankering for traditional Italian in a trattoria setting, and who wouldn’t!

Their Margherita Pizza is amazing. It’s my favorite pizza and I’m always looking for places that make it. May just be the best one in the Brickell area. Yum!

I can’t comment on anything but my single experience which was delivery. The gentleman who delivered my food was perfectly hasty and polite. My panini however was made with super moldy bread… Really disappointing. When I called to complain about the order I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I see a lot of positive reviews so it’s a shame I had a bad experience

This place is AWESOME. My house is pretty far from the restaurant and they deliver anyway. I always try to give them a nice tip for that. The pastas are fresh and the sauces are delicious. So far we’ve had the lasagna, the alfredo, the whole wheat linguini and the pomodoro pasta and everything was great on both orders. I took the time to call the first time they delivered to thank them for delivering so far from their place, and congratulated them for their food. They were super nice and thanked me for calling and letting them know about our experience with their food.( We finally found our favorite Italian food delivery! :)

This will be the first and LAST time I order food from this place ever again. I ordered the Prosciutto Arugula Salad and my boyfriend ordered the 500 burger. These are two things that are basic and doesnt require much food knowledge to make. When the food arrived I opened up my to-go box to find less than a handful of mixed greens thrown around, ONE slice of prosciutto mixed in between and ONE thin slice of hearts of palm. Even worst, they decided to add the dressing to my salad instead of putting it on the side, so when the food arrived the salad was soggy. Like who is the chef that allowed this food to leave the establishment like this? This place has no standards. When my boyfriend opened up his box we saw this ugly PETABREAD sandwich. Like? He ordered a burger. I could have done a better job at making it and it was soggy on the bottom too. Why not call this a sandwich? It’s nothing like a burger; the menu was so misleading. The guy that picked up the phone didn’t speak English so he transferred us to another lady. This just shows the level of unprofessionalism you will have to deal with if you consider getting food from this place.

I’m absolutely obsessed with this place! Each time I try a new pasta and I always order the tiramisu! The pasta is great because it’s freshly made and they just have great recipes. The tiramisu is always a great portion! I definitely recommend it!

While next door for another event(that hadn’t opened it’s doors yet) I needed something to cool myself off. Thus, I discovered Cinquecento(500) next door when I wandered over for Gelato. I also discovered that they are recently opened. It’s a beautifully designed little eatery — and intensely Italian! Not«rustic Italian restaurant» Italian, but modern, Mod, Milan-style Italian. You are immediately greeted with torch-song style music, glossy pictures of food and models, and a Ferrari-red pizza oven(although I did notice the true bricks in the interior). I felt like I should have arrived on a Vespa. But no worries: if you want the experience of being perched on a scooter, vespa chassis serve as the bar seating on the patio. The staff likewise looked like they just stepped out from a trendy club in Milan. They were quite attentive — although I admit that wouldn’t be hard, since I was the only person in this newly-opened eatery. As for the food: — The Gelato was quite good, and advertised as hand-made on site. I tried the Mocha and the Cookie, and it was not overly sweet, nor did it have a chemically taste. The cups didn’t look too generous on the counter, but they definitely overloaded them so I ended up with a good amount of gelato. — The pizza was above average. Have I had better? Sure, but I’ve also had way worse, particularly in Miami. The crust was thin, the artichokes were sweet and savory, the sauce was likewise good. It also held up well for the next day. Overall, it’s not a «destination» restaurant, but if you are in the area and craving some nice pizza in a pleasant space, it’s definitely worth a go.

Amazing pasta in a quaint café setting. You can take the pasta uncooked to make at home or sit and enjoy it right there. Been there there times now and each meal is flavorful and well presented. You can even watch the pasta being made while you eat. A free show while you dine! Only negatives were the limited beer choices(only Peroni on tap, but super cold!) and sometimes the servers were a bit distracted. Overall a great dining experience. We’ll be going back soon.

Cinquecento, I love you so much I hate you. Cinquecento is one of those spots that keeps you further from your fitness goals for all the right reasons. They are stocked with great ingredients and pride themselves in making their pasta from scratch; there’s even a little window so you can watch them make it! They have a plethora of gelato flavors and options that allow you to get multiple flavors. I may or may not have gotten the ultra-fatty serving of 3 different kinds after a night of drinking. Heading to the counter and picking a lusciously flavored gelato after your meal is probably the best part of the dining experience so don’t skip it. The pizza is shamefully on-point, causing even the most modest eaters to stuff their faces and scarf a 12-inch pie. There are plenty of different types. I’ve gone the Napoli route(simple, think margherita with tomatoes) and the white pizza route. You can’t go wrong with either. In case you aren’t in the mood for pizza(where are you from, outer space?) they have rustic homemade pasta dishes, sandwiches, and salads for wimps. As the neighborhood grows exploring the food options and eating out is an adventure. Cinquecento is a small and simple spot perfect for grabbing a bite with family and friends. It’s a fun go-to on a Saturday evening. The outdoor seating is ideal for people-watching and the staff is almost as sweet as that crazy gelato… Oh, and have I mentioned get the gelato?

Cute little pizza and gelato shop at the axis next to what used to be the hoxton. Im not a big pizza fan but they serve up some good ones. Service is decent and courteous except there is a major language barrier. Unless you speak spanish, it is hard to communicate… You would think English would be mandatory since we are in the United States. Other then that they are nice. Meat lover pizza(5⁄5) crispy yummy crust with yummy decent distribution of toppings. Healthy and spicy pizza(4⁄5) no cheese light veggie pizza. it was good but I like it with more sauce. pizzanezza for two(4⁄5) roommate loved this but I find it a heart attack waiting to happen. chicken wings(4⁄5) pretty good and not overly sauced. Calamari(3⁄5) crispy but bland Gelato(4⁄5) creamy but a little too sweet for me overall my pizza place of choice and they do have a good selection of gelato favor made fresh.
