I made a reservation online, received 2 confirmation emails, and no one ever showed up to clean my car. Not only do they not show up, but they don’t answer the phone when you call to politely say, «where the f are you?» I am mostly mad because they give you a three hour time slot of when to expect their arrival, so I wasted an entire afternoon.
