Coastal Building Maintenance

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this company for a while. I work at the Terra Bank building on Coral Way, and the building is serviced by CBM.
I can only speak for the attendants who take care of the floor my office is at, but I have to say that I am so impressed by their professionalism and level of detail.
The bathrooms are cleaned throughout the day, constantly; even though it’s only really 5 women using the one on our side of the floor, and the client that comes in every now and then. We’re all very clean, but the woman that services the bathrooms is even cleaner.
I also want to comment on the lady that cleans the office every evening — wow — she is amazing. We recently found out we’re moving to another floor and she told me she cleans that floor too, and I got so happy. I can totally trust her with my stuff in my office. We’ve never found anything missing, and she sometimes even goes beyond her duty and cleans our coffee machines. She’s always super friendly, and the nights that I work late, she lets me know when she leaves so that i don’t freak out w/​the silence, and sometimes she even waits for me so I’m not alone.
Everyone that I have seen around the building with the CBM logo always has a smile and are all very friendly.
I recommend this company to any business looking for a good, dependable cleaning crew. If only they did homes too, they’d be at mine already!
