Worst company in town. Thieves and lack of professionalism. Their technician are trained to charge high bills not train to resolve issues. If you are in the market for an A/C take this company off the list. I bought my A/C from Home Depot and it was Home Depot who place this company to do the work, service etc. But a month later after I bought it Home Depot fired this company Trump Style. So I called Home Depot to resolve my issues, 3 years after installation the A/C never worked as supposed, After Home Depot decided to place ARS Air Condition now they resolve the issue in a Breeze(Not Cool Breeze) Advise, Stay away my friends!

I agree with Tony. My appointment was at 11 am to 3 pm and I did not receive a call until 3:15 just to tell me they wouldn’t show until 8pm. Very frustrating. Previous calls had gone ok. It’s extremely hot in Miami.

Stay away from Cool Breeze if you value your time.- Long story short, no show at agreed upon time. I had to call them back ½ hour beyond the agreed time to find out whats going on. 5 or 6 now? Cancelled and went with a company that actually communicates, and shows up when they say they will. Go with Cool Air USA

I was in need of a new air-conditioner and Home Depot contracted with this company to install one for me. They pretend you are buying the AC from Home Depot, but I later found out that wasn’t true. They are VERY expensive(more than double the competition) and they refuse to give you an itemized bill(«We don’t do that.»). Finally, after insisting on an itemized bill, I learned they charged $ 1440 to install a 2-ton AC in my condo. That isn’t the price of the unit plus installation just the cost of installation. I still don’t know how much of the remaining $ 2331 was for the AC and how much was for the handler. They took advantage of me because they knew I was without AC for 4 days and had to buy one.

Friday night 7:30 and the new A/C is on the fritz. Called Cool Breeze and left a message. They called back 5 minutes later to let us know someone was on the way. When we purchased our new A/C unit, we were a little bit leery about this company, as we couldn’t find any reviews or anyone that had heard of them. However, they’ve been as responsive and reliable as we could have ever hoped for(and in South Florida that is really saying something)
