This was my second time visiting this location and both times I was turned off completely by the staff, even though the store itself has so much to offer. I was so uncomfortable I ended up buying something just to prove I wasn’t there to steal. I actually came in to buy L’ANZA Colour but they do not carry this line. I was willing to just buy Igora instead since I am familiar with it, but I could not even think in order to convert my little order because I was being closely followed and eyed by the cashier the entire time. Upon entering the place I was stopped by this same woman like the hair police to make sure I had my Cosmo card. Mind u there is a sign in plain sight on the door of the store stating«For licensed professionals only.» I don’t know… maybe she assumed I was unable to read that morning. Even as I looked at shampoos she managed to stay close to me and straighten up products that were already perfectly lined up. I don’t know… maybe she thought I would stuff a liter of awapuhi down my size 4 pants and walk out. Eventually I became so uncomfortable I just picked up some Paul Mitchell tea tree that was on sale and got the hell out. I did not want to spend any of my hard earned dough in this place after being stalked by the hair police. But, clients love the tea tree tingle and a two pack was only 22 $. Sorry to say, but I will definitely not be back. The location in Coral Gables is much better and the staff is friendly and eager to help but will definitely allow the consumer to shop in peace.
