Went there as option to the S Dixie store that has such terrible customer service and had no inventory of the pain meds I was prescribed, but this place is worse. What has happened to CVS? Nobody there to help you it seems, and when you find someone in the pharmacy they are tired looking and nasty at times.
Pharmacist at one point passed judgement on the prescription I was given by my doctor for post surgery pain. She acted like I was a druggie, questioning my motives for needing it, how frequently I was taking it, etc. and then scared me about how much acetaminophen was in it to ruin my liver. i appreciated the warning but good grief, I’m not trying to kill myself.
I told her this is bone marrow pain (total knee replacement) and the line of questioning made me feel as though I should show her the scar on my knee to prove my need for the meds. Insulting treatment, arrogance like I have not experienced in some time.
The pharmacy folks, between both stores, are rude and judgmental to customers. Not just me.
Sad. Maybe Walgreens is better?

What do you expect from CVS?
A pharmacy? Check. Greeting cards? Check. Feminine products and make up? Check. A fridge with cold sodas? Check. A medicine aisle for cold, flu and pain relief meds? Check. Gift cards? Check.
If you want anything MORE than that, don’t bother. This CVS is not a beacon of exemplary service or products. You walk in, get your stuff, and walk out…

CVS, CVS, what can I say about CVS? I really hope I don’t ever have to come here and have to ask for help. Because here I am struggling to locate something and all employees watch me look around and none offer any help. I literally walked around the whole store and figured I’m just getting frustrated I should just ask. So when I do ask the employee just gives me a look. The question I asked was «Do you know where the eye patches are?» He looks at me like «what?» and asks «For what?» I said «The eye.» Like really did you not hear me the first time and why do you have to give me a weird look like I’m crazy. I was just annoyed. So when I went to check out, I just paid. I really didn’t want to ask or talk to anyone from the store.
Honestly, I rather drive further and go to another location. I just really hope I never have to come to this one or ask for help from any of the employees.
