This company is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I Called them once I noticed my car was towed to confirm they received it and told them I was on my way to pick it up– they failed to mention the fact that they weren’t even open. I called back and they told me they would be open at 8am. At 8am I pull up to the closed doors yet again and called back, I spoke to a lady who said she «left to get food and would be back in about 25 minutes». 9:30 I finally get into the office to find out that their «credit card machine» which is actually just a phone application is not working. So I Gave cash, they didn’t have change for cash either.
It’s one thing to have your car towed, that’s never a good experience but, it’s another thing to have a really bad experience with a company who is very disorganized and unprofessional.
