I am giving this place a five star review in light of the fact that they did lose one of my pieces of clothing. Let me explain why. First off, a little bit of backstory. I had been going to this place for a few months, and I never had any problems. However, on one of the occasions they happened to lose one of the polos that I had brought to them for cleaning. This kind of thing happens and although I would prefer that it didn’t, I feel that it is the way that a company chooses to handle such a situation that determines my opinion of them. The fact of the matter is, that losing this piece of clothing was beyond the owners control. He sends clothing for dry-cleaning to a separate location and it was the individuals at that facility that lost my garment. After speaking with him about the situation, he acknowledged that the piece of clothing was lost and did everything he could to locate the piece of clothing through contacting the other facility. He reassured me that if the piece of clothing was not found that he would provide me a full refund of the service and a reimbursements for the articles of clothing that were lost. Needless to say, the piece of clothing was not found which was unfortunate. However, the owner did not hesitate to refund me the stated amounts for the shirt, which was about $ 200 based on a quote from a website I showed him. This reimbursement was provided to me with no hassle at all outside of the two weeks that I had to wait to allow him ample time to search for the lost garments. However, the main reason I decide to still give this business a five-star review is due to the way that they have treated me since the incident. I figured that I would continue coming to this business because of the fact that I felt that they handled the situation appropriately. Consequently, the owner ed my name, learned my car, and treats me like a VIP customer every time I going to the business now. Before I even walk into the store, he has my clothing up, ready, and on the rack ready for pick up. Unfortunately, in the dry cleaning business you get no praise for doing things right, and all the wrath when something goes wrong. This is evident by the single one-star review posted, where the guy appeared to have a similar situation but was not satisfied by his seemingly«irreplaceable» shirt being simply reimbursed. But at the end of the day, the owner of this business handled the situation as best as he could. He is an honest businessman, he works very hard, and despite the fact that he made the occasional mistake, he has made every effort to right the wrong. That, in my books, is more than I could ask for. Don’t hesitate to take your clothing here.

Poor ethic + poor integrity = poor business. I brought several garments to have cleaned. When I returned a day after the promise date, none were available. I returned the next day, only 3 items were present. They told me to come again the next day to get the remainder of my order. I returned days later to find that one of my garments was LOST. I gave the operator 2 weeks to locate my garment, at which he was unsuccessful. When I confronted the operator, he tried to offer me a credit which is NOT satisfactory for a lost garment that I actually care about. When I stated this, the operator became defiant and insulted me by referring me to a posted policy which makes NO reference to lost garments, only delicate items that may be damaged in process. Furthermore, he offered to purchase another similar item for me to which I objected because this garment is no longer manufactured and I was DONE with this business and wanted no additional interaction, such as waiting for a garment to be delivered, additional phonecalls ANYTHING. Finally, after 20 minutes of frustration, I was given a refund for my service and a cash reimbursement for my garment(my suggestion). To add insult to injury … after signing a handwritten contract that I would no longer make claim to the garment, the operator suggested that I was without faith and impatient(the nerve). 3 weeks is more than patient! I travel for work frequently and do not have time to bicker about the location of my property that was entrusted at the cost of $ 4.19
