Took my Porsche to get my radio replace, they gave me a good price and service, had a small problem with my car while it was there but the owner took care of it and was very professional we all make mistakes.

I took my truck there to upgrade the stereo. The owner and the tech were very nice. I was given a range of options to choose from. The installation was pretty quick and the tech left my vehicle immaculate. I would definitely recommend.

AVOID! Service man is extremely rude, no manners. $ 120 for mediocre work! I would recommend looking elsewhere! Get your tints done somewhere else!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I used to get all my cars tinted here and bought the lifetime warranty ($ 120). I went back to get my rear window redone because there were a lot of bubbles in the tint and when I showed the owner my receipt he said I never did my tinting there. They used a general receipt for my lifetime warranty proof that did not include their company’s name. Bottom line, they ripped me off. I suggest not getting any work done from this place, extremely unprofessional.
Here’s my update: yup STILL rude and unprofessional. My friend went there to get her tints redone this past weekend and had the same thing happen to her– they refused even with proof of purchasing a lifetime warranty.

I do not recommend this place. They care more about customer volume than customer service. I went in to get tints on my dads car and they had rushed the work on his car so that they could make way for other customers.
We had taken two other cars to get auto tinting elsewhere in the past but due to a better location, we chose Dark & Loud. It was a bad decision and we will not be back.

I have came to this location many times now and they always give me great service. The pricing here is also great, in other places where they would charge almost $ 200 for a job, they’d do it here for almost more than half that. I have no complaints about this place, Juan was the one to help me out very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I am shocked to see so any negative reviews. I all my cars tinted with Juan at Dark and Loud and the were professionally done. They stand by their work AND by their warranty. My white Mercedes began showing bubbles in the rear window and with my invoice and 2 years later, Juan repaired the rear tint fitting me in at any time I requested and apologized for the inconvenience. It ended up to be a defective roll that was a different shade than my other cars. All in all, I highly recommend them if you want a job well done by a true professional. Thank you Juan!

This place is terriable! They left spaces all over my brand new car of where they cut the tint uneven. Go else where cause they suck!

My boyfriend and I found this place online and decided to get our car tinted there based on the price. We dropped the car off in the morning and by the late afternoon our car was ready. The tints came out fine. We were satisfied. However, their customer service could use some work, they do not have a website nor answer phone calls.
They get positive points for the price, the quality of the work, and their promptness but obviously that is not the case with every customer (below).

I had my wife’s brand new mini van tinted with these guys. When I picked up the vehicle the tints were full of bubbles, a bit more than usual. They assured me once it was left out in the sun they would dry up and disappear. This true to some degree. In short, the bubbles never dried up and my passenger window started peeling off by the second week. Dropped my van off to be re-​tinted with absolutely no hassle at all. Went back 7 hours later my van had not been touched. Dropped it off a second time, went back 8 hours later and only one window was redone and with a lighter tint. This place is a joke just like everything else in Miami.

Place is a piece of trash. Don’t ever email them to ask for a quote. They will refuse to give it to you. Got a rude email from the owner stating.
We are not in business to kill the market, if you want an estimate from me to go to next guy and get a better price, this not the way I do business.
I hope these people close quick. Look somewhere else. Everyone from Dark & Loud are clowns
