I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else! Very friendly and on top of everything. Wish I knew about her while I was in high school!

First time visit and I can honestly say I am very pleased with their services. I had a facial done by Elizabeth and she was so pleasant and sweet. The office was a little busy when I went but the staff was very caring and attentive. I am defiantly going back!

I am not sure how many other doctors offices other reviewers have gone to! Yes, there is a bit of a wait at Dr. Price’s office, but not any longer than I am accustomed to waiting anywhere else. I have been a patient for years and am always treated respectfully and professionally by the front staff. Dr. Price and her PA Terry are unbelievably skilled and have always done an incredible job of treating any skin ailment I may have had both thoughtfully and effectively. I personally also use the face wash from Dr. Prices own skincare line. Everyone in my family has seen Dr. Price over the years for issues ranging from skin cancer and acne to rashes, molluscum and skin beautification. We believe she is simply the best!

I gave this Dermatology Practice 4 chances … NONE of which impressed me AT ALL! I can concur with EVERYONE that has written reviews that Appointment times are a JOKE in this office. The over populated Office Staff sits behind a window speaking of everything and anything. When they finally call you in, you are placed in treatment room and wait even Longer … Then you are seen by a PA. Very nice and apologetic, however not worth the Frustration, and by the way, they PUSH laser treatments and everything that is NOT covered by insurance. Am currently looking for a Dermatologist that actually takes his /​her practice seriously and cares for the condition of the patient as opposed to feeding her EGO and Wallet!

If there was a rating of zero stars that would have been my rating. I called for an appointment for my husband and myself and was given both appointments for 2 months later and was asked to go on to their website print and fill out all the paperwork beforehand to avoid waiting longer than necessary in the waiting room. We showed up to the appt’s on time with all the paperwork. It didn’t help. We waited just over an hour with no word from the «busy» staff. I then inquired about the wait time and was told that something came up and the doctor would not be able to see us for a while longer. I said, «how long is a while?» and they aid they were not sure. I then said we could no longer wait and let them talk me into booking 2 more appointments for us a month later. She gave us the first 2 appt’s and assured us that because I had already done the paperwork and she had already made the files for us, the next appointment would be swift. Well, it wasn’t! We showed up to our 2^nd appt. on time and then I was asked to fill out the paperwork. When I told the staff that I had already done this the time before, they said they could not find one of the files and said I would have to fill it out again! Then, to top it all off, we were told that the doctor was «stuck in traffic» and was at a stand still and would not know when she would be able to arrive so they could not tell me how long we would have to wait. I stormed out of the office with my husband. This place is a joke and a complete waste time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… you know the rest. As for Dr. Price, we never saw her. But anyone who surrounds themselves with such a staff cannot be much better then they are. Save yourself the time and trouble, not to mention the ink from your printer.

I made an appointment and waited an hour to be called in. An assistant took me to a room and I waited 20 minutes to see Dr. Price. I didn’t get a chance to ask questions, the doctor was in the room for literally 5 minutes. Before leaving the room, the doctor asked me if I was interested in laser hair removal. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this dermatologist.

The first time I went to this office, I went during my lunch break, expecting to just have to extend it a bit. I arrived at 11:50 for my 12:00 appointment and was not let into the room until 1:00. After being let into the room, Terrie Felpeto did not come in for another 30 minutes, and then she saw me for about 5 minutes. She was extremely friendly and efficient, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and made a follow up appointment. Thinking this first time was a fluke, I made my second appointment expecting that I would be waiting no longer than 15 minutes. On the day of my appointment, I found out they had cancelled it. They stated that they tried to call me but had the wrong number. However, that is impossible since they left me a reminder message for my first appointment. I rescheduled anyway. And once again, I was left in the waiting room for over an hour.
I am not sure how they have any business at all with this lack of professionalism. Everyone in the waiting room was aggravated both times. No doctor’s office should ever put their patients through this. It is extremely frustrating. I will never go back, and I will urge anyone I know to also stay away.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Price over the phone. I was told that the soonest I could be seen was in two months, by another doctor in her practice. I relented and waited, as I had received a few positive word-​of-​mouth reviews for Dr. Price. Fast forward to this morning. I called the office a couple of hours before my appointment to inform them that I had a meeting an hour and a half after my appointment time. The receptionist told me that the visit should last about that long so I took a chance and pushed my meeting back a few minutes.
I arrived at the office twenty minutes early for an 11:45 appointment, leaving myself time to fill out any forms and questionnaires. Little did I know that I would be sitting in that waiting room for over an hour and a half. During this time I watched one elderly woman who had been waiting for two hours stand up and leave, three well dressed drug company reps toting rolling suitcases walk right through the waiting room into the office to schmooze with the doctors and staff, a woman who I assume to be one of the doctors yelling at her staff for something concerning the organization of files for patients waiting to be seen (looking back she was probably correct) and at least three patients who arrived after me be called into the back.
At a little after one o’clock I was the only patient remaining in the waiting room, aside from someones husband and a young lady who was there to shadow the doctor. I was finally called in and escorted into a waiting room where I was asked to fill out some more forms indicating my reasons for the visit and given a paper gown to change into, which I did, and I waited. and waited. After nearly a half an hour sitting half naked in a paper gown in the cold examination room, at 1:35 I put on my clothes and left. The receptionist I briefly spoke with was polite and informed me that the doctor had a particularly complicated case she was dealing with, information that would have been valuable to me a hour earlier. She did not offer to check with the doctor to see how much longer I might be expected to wait or make any kind of consolation apart from offering to reschedule the appointment for the following month, an offer I politely declined.
I exited the office, which looks more like a cosmetics counter at the mall, hocking botox and other aesthetic remedies, than a doctors office, vowing not to return. Dr. Price and her associates may very well be competent and even superlative dermatologists, but I was unable to get far enough in the waiting room gauntlet to experience it for myself. I consider myself to be patient and understanding when it comes to doctors appointements and medical procedures, I have spent countless hours in hospitals with relatives and friends waiting to be seen by doctors, get X-​rayed and the like, but my experience in Dr. Price’s office was frankly unacceptable. I have been charged by doctor in the past for missing an appointment without giving sufficient notice to reschedule, and as much as I am tempted to send the office a bill for my time, I think I will let this review serve as a sufficient blowing off of steam, even though I still have two suspicious moles and a lingering rash!

I have been going to Dr. Price’s office for the past 7 years. The doctor I see is Teri, and she has always been patient and helpful to me. I completely trust Teri with my skin. I also get regular facials and peels at the office with Gloria. She is very knowledgable and she has helped my skin so much. I do not trust anyone with my skin except Teri and Gloria and I will never go anywhere else for a facials or peels. The only reason I am not going to give it a 5 stars is because the wait time can be very long.

I visited for the first time about a month and a half ago. After waiting for a while, Dr. Patricia Cerballo at Dr. Price’s office saw me. She was very nice and knew exactly what was wrong with me and sent me off with medication. She seemed to be having major issues with the staff that day and was at her wit’s end even saying loudly three times that she couldn’t believe she had to call her own patients, which she ended up doing. None of the staff even responded to her. I later called after the medication did not work and was told that she was on vacation and to call back in two weeks upon her return. I had to be the one to ask for them to speak to another doctor for a new medication. I later had to call back to get another prescription. I made an appointment for a follow up and waited for nearly an hour and a half before leaving. I later called to speak to the office manager and was hung up on three times and transferred to someone else’s voicemail. Their only response was if I was planning on coming to my appointment. They seemed to not have noticed that I sat there for so long, even after I spoke to two different people at the front desk. I requested that Dr. Cerballo call me and her assistant returned my call more than a week later. During my communication with her office, my calls were dropped five times and waited for someone to answer after being put on hold for more than 10 minutes on three occasions. I will now be visiting another dermatologist, which is sad considering that Dr. Cerballo seemed to be very knowledgeable, but due to major staff issues, the office is poorly managed and operated.

Since my daughter had for years problems with her skin, we have been to many dermatologists. I came to Dr. Price on the recommendation of someone I knew who worked on the news as a medical consultant.
Dr. Price saw my daughter, the consultations we had with her were OK, she is definitely good however, very, very busy and it shows. I tried seeing her as well and ended up in the revolving door of the other doctors, her associates as she was no longer seeing any new ones. Again, the doctors are good but rushed.
Regarding one of my daughters issues she said it was due to ingrown hairs and said that the only way that it could be taken care of is through a very expensive laser treatment. My daughter later saw another dermatologist who told her it was something else, it was genetic and the condition has been controlled through creams and medication. Much less than the $ 2000 we would have ended up paying.
This is my conclusion. For actual medical problems they want you in and out. They have started to focus more on the nonessential problems, aka. beauty. These products and services are pushed from the moment you walk in through every piece of paraphernalia in the office.
These services seem more lucrative for Dermatologists and it just isn’t worth the wait (because we did wait no less than 40 minutes past our appointment time every single time we went, sometimes between waiting room and patient room for over one hour) to feel that the doctor won’t spend more than a minute or two while obviously trying to get out of there.
I feel that they would focus on us a bit more if I were looking into botox, microdermabrasion or other types of non essential and expensive treatments.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Price’s offices on and off for the past 14 years and have never actually been treated by Dr. Price herself, but have been treated by her conveyor belt of associates, which says something in and within itself. I would say a realistic experience at this office is a bit of Theo H’s comments and a bit of Sasha C’s comments. Regardless of appointment, you always wait a bit. I remember once waiting two hours in the waiting room and then an additional 45 minutes once in the patient’s room. Sometimes I’ve had issues cleared up right away and other times I feel like I’m getting the run around, which is why now I only come here when I’m desperate because it’s really close to where I live. On the other hand, my sister had really terrible acne and after coming here she doesn’t even need to wear make up anymore, but she blew a lot of cash at this place. They usually like to prescribe pretty costly prescriptions (can we say kick-​backs?) and always, always, always push for you to get facials here which, the last time I got one (5 years ago) cost $ 70. I’m sure they’re more expensive now and while getting the facial they like to push a lot of other crap on you and before you know it, you’ve spent well over $ 200 on someone smearing a bunch of baby fetus/​eucalyptus/​aloe reinvigorating peel crap all over your face. Sometimes it helps, other times it doesn’t. Personally, I think there are better, and perhaps more honest, dermatologists out there, but this one’s not all that bad. Or that great.

So far, I have been just a happy reader of Unilocal,but after coming across Theo’s review I felt compelled to make my first post as I couldn’t disagree more.
I’ve had an acne problem for some time and I’ve seen a number of dermatologists. All of them have prescribed the same typical acne treatment protocol and nothing seemed to work effectively.
I then asked around and was referred to Dr. Price and I’m very happy with the result. After explaining my acne problem to Dr. Price, she worked very hard and patiently to find the right medicine for me. Then she would always follow up to make sure the it was working well. My acne has become considerably better and is basically gone. THANK YOU DR. PRICE!!!
In addition, she has her own cleanser solution that I highly recommend and is very gentle for clearing the skin!
I’m not exactly sure what privacy issues Theo ran into, but I’ve never had a negative encounter or concern. Her staff is very professional and polite. I do agree with Theo that there can sometimes be a wait to see Dr. Price — but there’s a reason why: it’s simply rare to find a good dermatologist these days!

I’ve gone to Dr. Price twice to get my moles checked out and had to wait over an hour each time. She’s very kind and thorough with her explanations, but I’d rather she were punctual and only gave a detailed explanation when I ask for one. The staff is a bit immature as they don’t really go out of their way to respect patient privacy. I wish I could offer a higher rating, based on the referral from the GF, but I’d probably try some where else if someone could recommended another dermatologist.
