I am ashamed that I didn’t consult Unilocal prior to contacting this company. Absolute thieves, scam artists and liars. The same experience as in the other reviews. It’s been four+ months since they have taken payment from us. They are impossible to reach and when reached they just feed you lies over and over again. Absolute fraud. I will be contacting the police to stop them from stealing people’s money. Giselle Vandergriff is the only person that can be contacted (if you’re lucky) and she’s the primary culprit and responsible for consumer fraud. Will be taking legal action against the company and contacting law enforcement.

Sorry to see other folks have been scammed by this company. We ordered a door back in December 2013 and by August 2014 it has not been delivered. Payment for the door has been sent. Deco Design will not respond to any communication by email, fax, text or phone. They are clearly a scam. Giselle Vandergriff is the contact person. Stay away from this company, they are crooks.

This company is a big fraud. I ordered a door over the phone and paid for the full door 50% at order and the second 50% once the door was completed and ready to ship. They accepted my money and I have not gotten the door. I want to make sure that others are not caught in this situation. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Department of Consumers Florida. I restate DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY.

I ordered a front door in November 2013. It took them two months to send me color samples, but that was okay. The problem is that after they cashed my check in January 2013, they practically disappeared. It is now July 2014, and I still do not have my door! No one answers for days when I call, once I actually get a hold of someone, I’m told, «I’ll check on it,» without getting an answer. At times I got a text saying, «I was sick, I’ll check on it.» Six weeks ago I was told that the door was shipped. When I asked for a shipping company name and tracking number, I was told that they use a small company without tracking numbers. I am so exhausted from dealing with them! Do not order anything from them!!!

This is a horrible company to work with. Found their ad in Florida Design Magazine and gave number to our contractor. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!!! Every single part of our order has been wrong. We waited 12 weeks for our delivery and it was completely wrong. Wrong glass, wrong finishes, etc. We ended up keeping the pocket doors because it was holding up so much of our project. Our contractor paid the balance up front because he was promised the doors would come over in the next container shipment in a couple of weeks. It has been 13 weeks!!! We just got the doors yesterday and the finish is a different color and gloss, hinges were put on the wrong side of the external door and they put a horrible big piece of metal that is simply nailed on with stain smears all over. Who can wait another 13 weeks for a door. We can’t get our inspection until the doors are in. Stay as far away from this company as you can. THEY SIMPLY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!!! Don’t respect shipping dates and can’t get an order straight. I have no respect for a company like this.
