Great customer services. They have a rewards program which is great for the frequent customers. My fiancé goes 1 – 2 times a week and loves it! They will even custom make a juice for you.

Typically, I’m a very positive commenter but seriously bad experience. I purchased the pen on a Saturday and since it was my first time making the transition, I was worried if it didn’t work out if I had the option of returning it. SO, I emphasized, repeatedly asking if I could return the pen and he repeatedly assured me YES if WITHIN 30 days. Not only do I hate it but the pen itself doesn’t work properly, it hits when it feels like it. It’s been 6 days and I came to return the pen today and not only did the (very nice) guy say no but he lied about the owner (whom I spoke to initially) and said he was in a meeting and couldn’t help me when they literally had JUST hung up the phone. I never write negative reviews (this is my first) but I fell like I was sincerely jipped to the face.

I love coming here because you can get your liquid at any percentage and they’re delicious. Not to mention, the guys that work there are very nice and accommodating. I had an issue with something I bought and went in there thinking I was just going to return it and get something else but instead my item was fixed by the experts who work there. Needless to say, I’m very happy and will continue to return to my favorite vape store.

2267 Coral Way Miami, FL 33 145. For myself, I’m hard to please when it comes to finding just the right flavor to please my palette. Their customer service and patience is absolutely amazing! These folks took the time with until I was completely satisfied with the flavor I purchased! Keep up the good work Deco Vapors!

I agree with the other Unilocal reviewer, this place is a great find!
The Business Hours on Unilocal are incorrect they open at 10:00am on most days not 9:00am. Otherwise here is my review:
I’ve been frequenting this store for a month or two, I cannot be more satisfied with them. The customer service is excellent, the employees are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I’ve been to RipTech I’ve felt like they wanted my business and wanted to make sure I kept coming back. They have a wide selection of products and they have plans to expand there offerings. The selection of e-​juices is ridiculously large, you will find a flavor or five you will like I did. When shopping on Coral Way parking is always a concern, luckily I have yet to encounter a problem. Shop at RipTech you will not be disappointed.
