Divine Sweetss

Worse cake ever!!! I was recommended to Yari the maker of these so called divine sweets by a friend of mine. And this sweets are far from divine. I contacted her through text and spoke with her on the phone regarding the details and even sent her a photo of the cake I wanted her to duplicate. She said she can make it for me and charged me $ 155 up front for a tiny two tier cake. Unfortunately, the cake she made and the cake on the photo were completely two different things. The worse part about the cake were the un-​edible sea shells she placed on the worse rum cake I have ever tasted. Not to mention they were falling off.
Running late to my event, I asked my mother to pick this cake up from her… once the cake arrived I was furious to see disaster she called a cake. I wanted to return it and get a refund and she said not to and would have her «assistant» contact me to set up a refund. Until this day I still waiting for her to contact me or at least respond.
Absolutely the worse cake and customer service ever!

DO NOT waste your time and money on this.
I was in need of a cake for a baby shower, and was referred to this baker by a mutual friend. The owner works out of her home, previous photos I saw of her work made me give it a shot. We went back and forth through text message on how I wanted the cake to look and agreed on the style.
She charged me $ 350.00 for a TWO TIER cake… OUTRAGEOUS!
but I went with it, since she was my only option at the time.
she told me she would charge $ 150.00 now and the rest after I receive the cake.
The day before the baby shower she asked me if she would CHARGE THE REST! I told her okay… I really had no other choice.
The day of the party they show up AN HOUR LATE! I had over 150 people already there waiting and no cake!
FINALLY they arrive and dropped off the cake with no apologies.
THE CAKE WAS FALLING TO PIECES, THE FONDANT WAS MELTING OFF OF THE CAKE THE SECOND THE DRIVER LEFT.
i contacted the owner and sent her a picture of how horrible of a cake SHE MADE and she replied with «the cake was fine when it left» the only thing she could offer to compensate for this horrible job was 10% off of my next purchase

once upon a time there was an app named INSTAGRAM. and on this app there lived a business by the name of Divine Sweetss. yes, this how i came to discover Divine Sweetss (gotta love technology). i can’t even remember how i came across this page on instagram, but i did.
here’s how it went down…
i emailed her, she replied, we met up, i gave her the ideas i had for my cake, she came with 2 samples, gave her the deposit…
…and BATTA BING BATTA BOOM.
party day arrives and she delivers a BEAUTIFULLY mastered cake for my son’s 1^st birthday. it was also delicious, which is important to note! we chose vanilla rum and it was so moist and tasty.
yari is on top of her game. she does everything from cakes to cupcakes to cake pops to cookies. you get the idea — she does all sorts of sweets.
i’m happy to report that i now have my ‘go to’ person for future events.
