Did not have them do an installation, so I cannot comment on the quality of work they provide, however, the customer service I received was horrible and turned me off from the company all together. First of all, I was contacted by the company to scheduled an appointment, which I made for the next day at 9:30am. Later that evening I received a phone call stating that 9:30am would be too early, because the person was opening the store and would be the only one there, would 10:30am the latest be okay, which I agreed. The day of the appointment, around 10:15am, I received a call from the person that I spoke with the evening before, informing me that she would not be coming, another gentleman would and that he had left 5−10min prior to her calling me and was on his way. I received another phone call around 11am from the gentleman explaining to me that he would be the one coming by, would anyone be at the house, as he was just leaving the store because they were busy and he had to deal with CUSTOMERS… needless to say he finally showed up around 11:30am, took measurements, but could not give me prices on the samples that he bought with him, since he «wasn’t the one that prepared them,» so he would send me a quote within the hour. I did not receive the quote until 1:30pm! To top it all off, the quote emailed to me wasn’t even for the area he measured but for another customer. I contacted the office and notified them that I received the wrong quote, they took my information and here we are at 6pm, no quotes! Now, I am not a difficult customer, I understand things come up, sometimes you’re short handed, but those inconveniences should not be passed onto the customer, as if this is what happened deal with it, it’s not my fault. I would never consider doing business with them again, even if they were the cheapest in town!

I owe a condominium in Miami, which is used as rental property. After the last tenants left, I had to change the carpet in the condo. Since I live in another state, I was very apprehensive of making arrangements long distance, but the manager at the condo unit highly recommended Don Bailey Carpets for the job. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by Karen Waite. Not only did Karen make this process seamless, but she also made all of the arrangements with the installation. I am extremely happy with the new carpet that I highly recommend Don Bailey Carpets.
