Dunkin’ Donuts

Change is not always for the better, since this Dunkin’ Donuts changed hands and remodeled, it now has twice as many people working in the back, it takes twice as long to get anything from them and finally they make twice as many mistakes. And they aren’t nearly as friendly, there used to be a playful attitude while they worked quite efficiently. Now they’re grumpy and disorganized.

The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, the customer service is pleasing and I just love DD always. Start your morning right and stop by for some energy to take you through the day if you are in the area.

Every time I come here, regardless of the hour, there’s a line of people waiting to place their order. But that’s NEVER an issue for me. The staff work in super efficient manner, never messes up the orders, and they even remember me by name each time I come! How awesome is that? There was another DD across the street. It was fairly bigger and was a drive thru. Well, they shut down about a 2 years or so ago and I wouldn’t be surprised if it had to do with service, business, and the repeat clientele who would rather walk in, than to drive thru, in order to receive superb treatment. Plus there’s always a police or state trooper lounging and sipping his coffee in the parking lot. I definitely feel safe and secure.
Oh, did I mention how fresh the food and coffee is?! 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I’d never go to another breakfast spot. What a way to start a day!

Me and my girl spend countless hours at this place. Very friendly and courteous.

This location is better than the one on the west side 441. They are almost across the street from each other.
It’s more about what the other store does wrong rather than what this store does right.
Why not 4 stars? Because the line can be outrageous. I don’t know if they can help it though. This is a convenient location, and it just gets busy.
Sometimes the coffee cake muffins are overdone too.
