Where can I start… This review is actually in regards to their other location on 1685 W 49^th St suite 1104, Hialeah, FL 33 012. The front desk receptionist — Francis, disgusting attitude, doesn’t speak English well so you can barely understand her — maybe that’s why she’s so defensive when talking to clients. Nevertheless she definitely will continue to turn future patients off going to this facility. She refused to check if my insurance covered the consultation — when I asked her if she knew if X insurance covered her exact words «well I don’t know, you figure it out.» It’s not what you say, it’s definitely how you say it. Every time I’ve spoken to them over the phone it’s been a negative experience and just a pain to have to call them because they never want to lift a finger to provide service. About the facility — it’s dirty, old and packed. I would never in a million years go back to this facility again. And I really hate writing bad reviews but I was so peeved about the service here that I refuse to keep it to myself and keep giving them business.

I had been diagnosed with mild scoliosis that caused me a pinched nerve that would leave me bedridden. Many times I would leave the massage bed crying and not being able to walk. But I stuck it out and after 3 months of therapy I was able to walk without pain and even began running. Now I’m healthy enough to run my first marathon in a few months.
The people that work here are great! Besides the amazing Dr. Nobbe, his staff is awesome. Very friendly and genuinely care about your day (and pain).

I am a musician with ten years of pain. I saw Dr. Nobbe and GONE. These people know what they are doing.
They are so nice!
There is this cute lady named Betsy there that really helped me understand.
GO HERE and get off the pain meds!!!
