I never write reviews but this place deserves it. What a horrible experience. Workers don’t care about their customers, it takes forever to order, and the quality of the sandwiches is horrible. I had an egg and cheese sandwich that was burnt to a crisp, and to add insult to injury, they use mayonnaise. Really? Simply embarrassing. The Only reason this place is in business is because it’s in the airport and people don’t have any option. Who owns this franchise? No pride in ownership whatsoever.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I said hello how are you, and the cashier just starred at me. I said hello are you having a bad day kidding, and she replied“NOAREYOU” with a severe attitude. I said never mind, not with that attitude, and she called me an «ASS Hole» Wow!!! I asked for a manager and and found him on my own«ERNEST» I related to him what transpired between us and stated he would address the issue! He was receptive and comped me a sandwich. But it still doesn’t excuse her behavior! During this time an elderly lady stood up and also complained about her demeanor and the foul language in the back ground. I guess I expect to much from society where people don’t even respect our front line against safety and chaos! Our police officers. People just don’t care and respect is becoming a thing of the past! It’s all about me me me.

Great tasting and fresh hot sandwiches! Had eaten earlier at their branch in Vegas and this place was as good. Probably the best food at this terminal

I mean if you absolutely must, otherwise just pick up a coffee and muffin across at Starbucks. They’re very pricey for what they offer and even the sandwiches are ordinary.

This is the location at Miami International Airport. The prices are higher than what you will find at their regular locations. The sandwich was good(I had the original), but it wasn’t as good as what I have had at other locations. My sandwich was greasier than what I am used to. Over all, the sandwich seemed to be smaller, too. I suppose this is what can be expected from a place that serves a captive customer base.

Waited forever for coffee. They didn’t have milk! Also, ordered a bagel and butter and after 10 minutes I went to ask if the coffee and my sandwich was ready. The manager apologized and said they were still waiting for fresh coffee, but then one of the girls said they never entered the order. I should have waited on the forever Starbucks line and still wouldn’t be late for boarding. Not cool for early morning flights. Also, perhaps they should change their bbq chicken wraps at 7 am to a parfait? A decent sandwich, #justsayin.

Sandwiches are too small and too expensive! Overall ripoff! Go to the food court beaten concourses H & J.

Come on! All I wanted was a simple bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I felt like I was in a comedy routine with the counter girl who kept repeating the order back to me wrong while singing along with the piped in music. Finally she snapped at me that she understood, and the register showed my order properly. Unfortunately the order was wrong. When I complained, politely, I was informed I was given exactly what I ordered. Skip this place, plenty of other food in the concourse.

The Full Montague sandwich is yummy! The drinks are over priced! Better off going 100 feet across to Starbucks for your drink!

On my way home, I stopped at Earl of Sandwich before, boarding my flight. I ordered The Full Montagu which consists of Roast Beef, Turkery, Swiss, Sharp Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato & Mustard. They bake there bread fresh at this location. They claim it is the world’s best sandwich. You can also order soups, salads, wraps & dessert. The first bite you take you can taste how fresh the sandwich is. The bread is so soft ! This made the whole sandwich very tasty. I actually enjoyed my first sandwich at an actual airport. Wow !!! I wish these sandwich shops had locations in Philly. There coffee however, was a bit pricey. For those prices you can always just go Starbucks. Which is literally, straight across from Earl of Sandwich at this airport.
