The worst service EVERRR. I’ve never had an issue with any other edible arrangements location. This one has terrible customer service and untimely delivery. called multiple times to see if they’d deliver soon and with each call got a different excuse. It’s bad enough I paid over $ 100 in fruit! This location is the epitome of Miami’s shitty customer service. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give it zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service and there delivery times are always late I ordered a valentines day delivery to my boyfriend’s job and they arrived after office hours but wouldn’t take the delivery back they called my boyfriend to go back to the office to get the delivery. I will never order from this store again.
