Gracias.

Hope you come here hungry. The food is delicious and the portions are large. I had the Lomo Saltado and it was very good. I spoke with Daniel and he was so kind to ask me about my experience. Overall, the price is great for the quality of food. Service was on top of everything from giving us water to checking if our meals were cooked to our liking. Will return and bring some friends.

The food was good. A. Nit on the expensive side. $ 24.30 for a whole chicken, salad, and a beer. Now the service was crap. People who came after us got the same food before us. People chicken is cooked way ahead of time, as you may already know. Cant cook a whole chicken in 18 Mins u had me waiting. in response to your response: thank you for taking the time to read and comment to our experience. let me clarify, the other table which got their food before us. had their order taken in our presence. your waitress did apologize for not getting the same exact food before the other table which ordered way after us. it was a whole chicken and salad. no fries. to go orders or pre-walk in other was not the case here. and $ 18.xx for a whole chicken is steep. even after your waitress admitted to the issue and apologized, no discount on this order or future orders. its ok cause we are not looking for a freebie. have a great day

Unfortunately my experience here was a horror. I ordered the chupe de camaron which took 25 minutes to serve during lunch time. Upon finally receiving my plate, I noticed that the egg was served raw on top with it being crystal clear on top. I spoke to the waitress who then did the proper thing and took it back. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes until finally the waitress came to my table and apologized as they had to cook the soup from scratch as they couldn’t just cook the egg and enter it into the soup. Ok I accepted that. I waited another 10 minutes and finally it was served and everything looked ok until I tasted the soup which tasted very salty. I proceeded to eat the shrimps, potatoes, langostino etc. as I was hungry after waiting 50 minutes. I tried again to eat the soup part and couldn’t as it was too salty. Then the manager passed by and asked me if everything was ok and I politely told him no as the soup part was too salty which he responded that they don’t use salt in the soup. I then asked him why did it taste that way and he then proceeded to tell me that he was a chef for 30 years and that they don’t use salt. I explained to him that i’ve eaten this soup in other places and never has it tasted this way. I then explained to him that aside from the first order where the egg was raw, this has been a terrible experience and that maybe he should listen to the customer. He then told me that the egg is entered at tge end of the cooking and it cooks itself and is served with the yolk half cooked. I proceeded to tell him that the egg was rawand that he should ask the waitress what condition the egg was in. He then said that this is the way it’s served and left cutting me off at every opportunity to speak. When he returned, he proceeded to comp me the meal as if he had spoken to the waitress and finally found out tge truth. I told him I wanted to pay and to pass me the bill but he wouldn’t let me pay. This happened on 2÷12÷16 for managements information. Please be aware that the customer is always right and please listen and don’t cut off the customer when he’s speaking. I tried to act professional but it became frustrating.

The service was great, the owner checked on every table to ask how everything was. The chicha morada was delicious. The plates were a good size. My sister and I ordered beef chaufa and a lomo saltado but they were both really salty. A little bit over priced.

This place was great! Our waitress Nancy was very friendly, a great server with knowledge of and appreciation for the food she was serving. We haven’t had a lot of Peruvian food so I can’t really give comparisons but we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried! Highly recommend!!!

Best Peruvian in Miami. I lived in Lima for 4 years and it is as authentic as you will find in the states.

If only you could give a lesser rating. Group of 7 of us asked for a waters, the waitress gave us bottled water. Didn’t asked which we preferred, just assumed we wanted bottled water. My coworker ordered a dish which included chicken, beef & shrimp, however they failed to include the shrimp. Lastly another coworker ordered a chicken dish, and I regret to report that the chicken was under cooked. Don’t believe me? Check the attachment. Server name: Yezenia. She knew she provided horrible service, so she decided to include a 16.5% gratuity when in reality she deserved nothing. Will never be coming back here.

Really can’t praise this place enough. from the outside el pollo inka appears unassuming but upon entering the space, you’re invigorated by a surge of energy provided by the friendly, attentive staff(specifically Jorge) and the owner Daniel… the minimalist décor makes way for the excellent food and beverage. All the food is thoughtful, well composed and delicious. Highlights include the tacu tacu, ceviche(plenty to choose from) and the causa roll de pulpo al olivo. Highly recommend!

What a delight is El Pollo Inka, so close to Miami Intl Airport. We had the best Chaufa which is fried rice with love. I cant wait to go again

A lot of Peruvian restaurants have been dominating the culinary scene the last couple of years in south Florida. My mother grew up in Lima, so naturally I’m pretty selective when it comes to dining at Peruvian restaurants. This place is just wonderful! The causa de pulpo al olivo was an amazing appetizer. I really love octopus but it’s a little tricky to get it just right and I was impressed. The ceviche was also really fresh and on spicier side like it should be. Thumbs up!

We started by splitting Ceviche De Pescado Y Camaron(Fish and Shrimp Ceviche) That alone would have been enough for the two of us for lunch. It was wonderful and suggested by Daniel the owner. We followed that also suggested by Daniel and Veronica with Tacu Tacu a lo Macho(Pan fried rice and beans with a fish filet, shrimps, octopus, squid and mussels topped with a seafood creamy sauce) and that was over the top good. I also got to drink ½ liter of Purple corn Cider. That was fun too. It all was just great.

The place isn’t all that nice but the food and service is really good. The food was delicious and the lady attending my table was really attentive. The huancaina isn’t exactly the best. It didn’t really have any taste to it when i had mine, I’m Peruvian i would know they could have tried better than that. We order causa, ¼ pollo rostisado and lomo saltado. Everything was delicious!

I was very disappointed with the portion of Lomo Saltado. I counted six french fries and very limited strips of beef. I had a fly bother me during my meal. The service was good! Great bucket of beer special!

Unilocal… c’mon, dude. 3.5 stars? Are we talking about the same restaurant? I’m a pretty big fan of Peruvian food in general, and this is about as good as it gets. These guys absolutely nail the classics: perfect chicken and ceviche, great pisco sours and chicha, all at reasonable prices. Worth five stars, just for great execution of the often-wonderful dishes that you see in every Peruvian restaurant. But if you’re willing to dig a little bit deeper into the menu, this place becomes borderline mind-blowing. I hadn’t tried causa rolls before, and the versions offered at El Pollo Inka are pretty spectacular. Think sushi rolls, but not dainty: the type we ordered consisted of avocado, rolled in potato instead of rice, and topped with bizarrely tender octopus and a purple sauce made from a type of olive that I’d never tried before. Fantastic. The other killer dish was the conchitas a la parmesana — scallops in a half-shell, baked with white wine and Parmesan cheese. Definitely not a light appetizer, but pretty darned phenomenal. No joke: on a friend’s advice, I arranged a layover in Miami, mostly to eat here. No regrets at all. The place is right next to the back end of MIA — if you have any time at all between flights, it’s worth the cab ride here for a great meal.

Have come here a few times, even though there are many Peruvian food choices this place stands out for its food and it’s service. The food was well seasoned and the portions were generous for a lunch meal. I had the half chicken special and the sautéed chicken and they were both excellent. I notice that the owner is very hands on and knows his customers when they come in. I saw how he took the time to greet and chat the guest. The service provided shows the results of his hands on approach. This is something I have rarely seen in other places. The prices are reasonable and the place is busy though the Plaza Is full of other places to eat. Great place to try… Good food good service. Cant ask for anything else. .

Wanted some good peruvian food while visiting Miami. Was close to where i was staying and had decent reviews so gave it a shot. Media pollo was 10 bucks. chicken was pretty small and didnt have the aroma of a great place. Lots of papas and a decent salad. Was disapointed in the pollo but i have had worse, but its a far cry from«super gordo» in lima or «Pollo Rico» in Va. The papa was 7 bucks — a bit on the high end, but one of my fave dishes. Nice presentation, but a bit skimpy on the potatoe for the price! Was tasty, but the sauce was too thin and needed more cheese … even after adding some tasty aji — it just didnt meet the mark of my expectations. Being married to a Peruana, I know good Peruvian food. This was just average at best. Service was good, and it was clean and had the peruvian atmosphere. Would rate it at 2.5 stars overall if they would let me. I wouldnt return though. Its not bad, but not exceptional.

Absolutely Fantastic! My family and I have been wanting to try El Pollo Inka for awhile and I can truly say it was worth the wait. We had a late lunch at El Pollo Inka on Friday. The place is nice and has a warm vibe. We were seated pretty much immediately and from there our server took us away, we got lost in Peruvian smells and tastes. We actually had him place our order from what he felt was his favorites and the most popular items. Everything was delicious! Hands down best service in a El Doral restaurant I have come by in a long time. We told the Manager we will be traveling to Peru in a few weeks and he even took the time to write us a list of his favorite spots and offered to reach out to them before our arrival to get us reservations. Could not have been nicer! We will def be back El Pollo Inka!!!

This was my second time at Pollo Inka and I can say it can’t get better than this! Definitely my favorite place in Miami for typical Peruvian food, everything is fresh and authentic. We started with a «choclo a la huancaina» — delicious, I really recommend it. The corn is the authentic corn you can find in Peru and the sauce is perfect between salty and spicy. Then I had«tallarines verdes» which is a thin pasta with a delicious green creamy sauce, very tasty. We also shared an authentic Peruvian Ceviche — you can tell how fresh everything is by the look and taste. What I also find outstanding are all the home made sauces they have, specially the green sauce that is at every table, it really complements the dishes, love it. Besides enjoying all this delicious food we also had a very nice waitress. We will definitely be back!

La verdad siempre me ha gustado este lugar, pero mi ultima vez me pareció q de tantas personas ha desmejorado el sabor, el ceviche q es mi plato favorito estaba desabrido y con muchos pellejitos el pescado.

This place is very, very good. I’ve been to Peru on several occasions and the food here is almost as good as in Peru. Try any of their many varied ceviche dishes and you won’t be disappointed. I have visited this great Peruvian restaurant many times over many many years, decades to be honest, and they never dissapoint. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. If you crave really good peruvian ceviche at reasonable prices then look no further.
