Elsylee Artisan Cookies

This is one of those reviews were I can’t tell you how much these delicious little treats from heaven are, but I can tell you they are incredible. I had my first taste of these divine treats while visiting a client’s office who had received them as a congratulations. The cookies are quite unique in flavors, for example, I tried the Key Largo which includes pistachio, cranberries, key lime crisps and while chocolate, different and incredible.
The creative level of these master bakers is how they have taken two different «arts» food and architecture and meshed the two. How did they achieve such a feet? Well they have «collections» of cookies each collection representing a different architectural style, then within each «collection» they have various cookies. Each cookie named after a city which contains many of the architectural. For example, the Art Deco Collection naturally has an aptly named cookie «Miami» as well as «Key Largo» and «Caracas» to name a few. I love the idea of taking an individual’s two passions, food and architecture, and melding them into one.
If you are a looking for unique present this is the place to go. I did jump on their website to look at prices and the going rate is $ 7.50 for a dozen cookies, that seems like an okay price, however the cookies are about the size of girl scout cookies. Are they a little over-​priced, maybe, these creations are all natural, organic and made to order, I think they might be. Will I still treat myself in the future? Yep!
