Started coming here recently & I’m very happy. Kamil, our trainer, is very knowledgable about proper form & great work outs to not only keep you motivated but keep your body guessing & that way you are guaranteed to loose fat & gain muscle. In other words, get fit, lean & quick(as long as you also maintain a proper diet. In others words, don’t run out to Shake Shack after). It’s nice to be outside in the park & they provide you with all the equipment from kettle balls, to jump ropes, even a set up of dumb bells. He changes it up every work out. What I appreciate the most about our trainer is that he is a certified paramedic so if you are ever in any physical trouble, he can spot it right away & help you out. For example, my first session, that day I ate very little carbs & we had an extremely intense but great leg work out(I was sore for several days after). Kamil was able to sense that I was not feeling well & I mentioned I was dizzy. He asked me symptoms & immediately told me what to do to recover right away. He explained why it happened & how to avoid it. There are 2 sessions to choose from. 1 sessions starts at 6:30 — 7:30pm then another from 8−9pm. There’s talk about another session stating at 5:30. The classes are also from Monday-Thursday so if you come all 4 days, you have 3 days to recover.(Again avoid those burger & fries during your exercise free days. No point in working so hard to loose weight to ruin it over the weekend.) Kamil also stays connected with you via text & on rainy days he informs you where to meet. I was also happy to be able to pay him using pay pal since its easier for me that way I avoiding excess paper trails. You won’t be disappointed coming here. Every one is very nice & of all levels. From really amazing in shape bad ass girls & a few guys to your beginner. Your first session is free so give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
