The gentlemen who owns the place is very disrespectful. The way he addresses his customers and his workers is a nightmare. A women walked into the store to correct a mistake made by one of the employees and they called for the owner. He came out saying that he doesnt refund money or make exchanges. The women explained to him that it was a mistake on his part. He angrily told the women to not raise her voice, who didnt raise her voice. Then told her it was the last time he would correct his mistake. Myself along with other customers left the store disgusted with his behavior. PLEASEDONOTVISITORPURCHASEFROMTHISSTORE!!! I love this store! Beautiful beads, stones and chains. It’s just great. The owner, Lynn, is very helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable too. You can buy gold, silver, leather cords, anything you need to make jewelry. You can literally make a gold plated necklace with a Swarovski crystal for less than $ 30! Great store!

Amazing! 5* all the way! Great selection! Great prices! Great customer service! Highly recommend! They have natural stone, semi-precious stone, glass, crystal, coral, pearls… Pretty much anything you can imagine. Sterling silver, gold filled and silver filled findings, wire, silk and leather cords. Best selection and prices around! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place!

This place is great. The staff are very helpful and they have large selection of beads, jewelry bags, organza bags, boxes, and tools. Tons of findings that were very hard for me to find.

I sent my husband in to purchase rolls of chains in bulk for my purse business. When he returned with the chains they were not the chains I had purchased from them before. My husband spent $ 300 on the rolls of chains. The chains were not cut. We went back the next day to exchange the chains my husband had purchased, for the correct chains that I needed, which they carried. I wanted no money back, but only to exchange the chains I had bought for the correct ones, and the owner REFUSED to make the exchange. All I wanted to do was exchange the roll of chains I bought the day before for the right roll of chains the following day. I had spent $ 450 the month before here. I am a very good customer. I would definitely never go back here again.

In town from LA, a cabbie told me to head down Flagler in DT Miami to get the deals. Omg, was he right! So far everywhere in South Beach(except Off Sobe) wanted piles of money for total junk jewelry. I was so psyched to find this place!!! Like the other reviewer, I was like a kid in a candy store! So many amazing stones and crystals for next to nothing. I wonder if the owners even realize the special pieces they have. At the prices they ultimately ask for(ask if they can reduce further, they will ;) I don’t know how they make any money. This store is clearly geared towards the jewelry trade, but they sell to anyone. They have walls and walls of string after string of amazing crystals and stones. I was there for two hours and have never thought of making jewelry until now. I picked up gorgeous natural strands of citrine, gorgeously cut carnelion, one last string of lapiz lazuli enought o make a short necklace, mookaite. For example, two strands of carnelion, enough to make a long necklace, cost me $ 10. A very sweet girl, Yessinia, took initiative and helped me get organized and knew every last strand in the place! She even approached the owner for an additional discount one of the few things that wasn’t dirt cheap — a strand of about 30 quarter size chunks of citrine. Tag price $ 180, she gave me for $ 30. If you know anything about the value of crystals and stones, you will LOVE this place. I wanted sooooo much more but was already loaded up a bit too much as it was since I only brought a small suitcase and didn’t want to break my back. Now I am back in LA and wished I had picked up so many other things. Ah well, I will just have to go back. Next time I will have a plan though!
