Great service. Had two older laptops that needed cleaning up. Raul works fast. Both laptops were done in under a day. Detected a virus and malware; fixed all problems by removing the bad stuff. Raul knows what he is doing. Not only did he make the machines more efficient, he taught me quickly how to perform periodic scans and cleanups on my own. Fair price. Recommend you give Expleo Tech your computer maintenance business. I am big fan.

I am not one to write reviews. As a matter of fact this is my first review. EVER! Raul, the owner, is the man! After reading the Unilocal reviews I decided to try Explo Tech. my experience could not have been any better. Raul is caring, patient and competent. He charges very reasonable prices for his service and products.

The owner, Raul, was very professional and took ownership of the problem, and knowing I was very anxious to get the PC back, he expedited the services offered. I had my PB back within hours and saw at his shop that it was running well. When I got home, I was still having problems, so we arranged a house call the first thing the next morning and he came by and fixed it. His rates are very reasonable and you know he isn’t sticking you. Very courteous and a pleasure to recommend.

Went here last Friday after an upgrade to the new Windows 8 didn’t work with my office computer.
Raul was friendly and understanding, and took it Friday afternoon, kept me updated on his progress and was able to get everything up and running again by Monday morning. We’ll be having him fix all of our computer problems going forward. Thanks Raul!
