Express Cafeteria

I never leave feedback anywhere unless I have a shitty experience and ive been here bumerous times to buy pan con bistec which is decent, not awesome just decent but it is the closest «cafeteria» to my house.
Just had breakfast; 2 eggs, 2 pcs bacon cuban toast and café con leche and a cup with ice and water.
–Toast had ghost butter, you know its there you can see it but you cant taste it cause there was barely any butter (still might think they are in cuba and are rationing the butter) and tasted kinda funny
–coffee was normal, nothing to brag about
–french fries where good, the old style steak cut which when fried in cheap oil taste amazing (reminds you of your child days having lunch at the woolworths counter)
–eggs where fried, normal, thank god.
–bacon was good size, think cut and good; not paper thin like ihop or dennys
–looked for napkins and couldnt find them, they are «regulated» abd are right by the attendants. They looked at me with a piercing stare when I grabbed some
–cup of water and ice… this is where my intelectual level was offended! The lady gave me a foam cup with ice and tells me, «water is at the thermos behind you» thats fine, like most cafeterias here in miami. When it was time to pay, the lady tells me it is $ 5.00 for breakfast and $ 0.50 for the ice. Are you fucking kidding me? Charging me for ice after I was placing an order? I asked if she wanted to charge me for the use of their chairs and for listening to their music?
Im not complaining for the total price, not complaining for charging me for the ice if that was the only thing I had but after ordering breakfast and you are going to charge me for that?
You guys suck and this is 2016 not the 80s and you are in Miami, not in cuba so stop being so stingy. Btw, I have managed restaurants for many years and there are some things that you just dont do.
