Another great job by Scott Bray at our Coral Gables home. We have used him for years but on this problem he went above and beyond the call of duty. Spending many hours of his own time he found and successfully installed a problematic Kohler lavatory that had been out of production for many, many years. The alternative would have involved not only two new lavatories but also replacing marble countertops. He also replaced 20 year old bidet and lavatory fixtures which were very problematic to remove.
He did a great job at a reasonable cost and enabled us to avoid a very expensive bath remodel. Coming from a family of (now retired) plumbers I can recognize a great job.
Thank you Scott for confirming that there are still competent, honest craftsmen around. Keep up the good work.

we used Scott many years back and he replaced our entire Sewer line going from under the house all the way out to the street. this was around Christmas time and we had company coming out the next day. he stayed at our house until around 3:00 am in the morning doing a temporary patch so we could use our bathrooms and shower until after Christmas.
after he came back and did the entire replacement which took him 2 days and he showed me the work as he was doing it and explained everything to me.
Scott is an Amazing Plumber and a good Family man.
as i write this i am getting ready to call for a toilet issue we are having.

Toilet started leaking after Scott «repaired» it. Have called and texted him several times. He will not return my call. Seems I was too quick to give my positive review last time. I should have waited a while longer.

Scott was able to come fix the leak for my bathroom’s sink just hours after I called him. He was very honest and straight forward. He explained exactly what he was capable of fixing and what was outside of his expertise before arriving. The cost was reasonable and my bathroom sink now works perfectly. He also helped me identify certain plumbing issues outside of my bathroom and gave me some really good advice. Great overall experience. will absolutely work with him again.

Called with a busted sprinkler line. Scott told me how to turn the water off on it until he could come and give me a free estimate. Showed up quickly and repaired the broken pipe for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Quick response time and very affordable.

Overall experience was fantastic. Scott is a grounded professional who was informative, helpful and enthusiastic. My family and I always call on him to fix any plumbing issues we might have and have always been satisfied with the results. Great guy, great service, highly recommend.
