Express Worldbrand

This used to be my favorite store to shop in. However, the clothing has not catered to my taste for quite some time now, and the service at this particular store is abysmal. I mean BAD.
Case in point: Walked in today, out of pure desperation. Salesperson walks right up to the rack I am browsing through. I gave her a smile, and she gave me an obligatory half-​smile. No «Hello», no «Can I help you?». Okay.
I go to the fitting room. No one comes over to unlock a door for me. I stand there for a minute. Finally, some guy comes over, unlocks the door, and walks away. Not a word uttered from him.
I ended up leaving, sans purchase, and annoyed. No, thanks, Express.

Dear Express,
I just got promoted and went hunting around for a nice business suit, which I thought I might be able to find here. Unfortunately I didn’t find what I was looking for, however, I did find some great additions to my work wardrobe. You did have a lot of mix and match pieces, nice pants, nice jackets, etc., that I guess with the right eye can be put together to make some great combinations.
The staff was friendly and helpful, although I didn’t do the best job of soliciting the right assistance. I was so tired by the time I walked in, I just grabbed a couple of things and left. i am sure had I really announced what I needed, they would have been able to help me find some classic pieces. I will definitely be returning for some help!
Overall a very nice selection of professional items for work, as well as fun items for dressing up and going out. I have always loved your brand and look forward to making some more additions to my clothing collection.
