TERRIBLE — STAY AWAY. They recently remodeled the store but they should have spent the money on hiring and training staff that actually care about their customers and keeping their jobs. I only use this location because the next closest one is 25 minutes away. At this point I’d rather invest in my own equipment for color printing and binding than deal with them. Some examples:
1. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Store open at 7am and as late as 9:15am no answer!
2. Previous manager started his own competing business «on the side» and would pitch you his services when you wanted a project down
3. Current employees — especially KEVIN — have a bad attitude and are not interested in helping customers. He refused to take a package from me unless I paid him to repackage it! The package was standard and original and sent through Fedex all the time! It was a return from Vizio which uses fedex for their returns.
4. On more than one occasion customers have waited in line so long that they walk out as 3 or 4 employees hang around ignoring us!
Its obvious FEDEX has no interest in keeping this location. Close it.

Went into this location yesterday to mail off my mother in laws gift, which we paid $ 20 for a 0.7lb box which was fine because the cashier Kevin that helped us assured us that that package would arrive this afternoon being it was going to the panhandle of Florida. Well today my mother in law called for us to track it & come to find out it wouldn’t be arriving until tomorrow on Saturday in which we specifically mentioned that Saturday would not do due to the fact that they had a funeral to attend & we delivered it with signature required. So with that being said that the cashier Kevin didn’t pay attention to any of our requests which we paid extra for was very disappointing. The only reason I give it a 3 star rating versus a 1 star is due to the fact of the lovely manager Yuri who assisted me today when I called to inquire about this mishap tracked down my package location & explained the reasoning as to why the package was being delivered when it was & she assured me that she would be giving Kevin a verbal warning because his handling of us was unacceptable. So thank you to Yuri for being understanding in resolving this matter.

Lazy They don’t answer the phone.
This type of arrogance is not unusual when a company has minimal competition. For this to have happened suggests a shitkicker at the helm of the store who thinks upper management would never know. When a company where the customer expects and pays thru the nose for high standards, exhibits mismanagement and fails to uphold high standards its a warning that the likelihood of something going wrong like a lost job or messed up originals or missed deadlines, is dramatically increased. You expect shitkickers in Miami but not at a Federal Express.

I’ve been coming here for years, and the staff has transitioned since I was last in. Even then the current staff is always kind and lets you go about your business. I’ll take away just one star because I do believe they could use one more work station. Otherwise, I zip in and and I zip out with a greeting every time. Always reliable when you need to print something out quickly or if you need graphic editing software, the only snafu is,…better work quickly because you are paying for that time.
