The majority of the time i shop here, I find what I am looking for. I always have someone approach me asking if I need any assistance. Prices are good. I will continue to shop here.

I was given a pair of running shoes as a gift but needed them a size bigger so I went to exchange them with the receipt and I was told that since they were originally purchased with a coupon I would now need to pay the difference mind you they were the same shoes just a different size. Make a long story short I decided to just get a refund and will not be shopping at finish line anymore. Customer service e really sucks here.

Went there to return some shoes that didn’t fit right. The girl typed typed away on the register, pushed buttons on the touch screen for the credit card, and said «sign here.» I figured the fine print on the screen was just about the return of money to my credit card (that it would take a few days or something) but as I glanced more closely it was actually this ridiculous «free» trial of «magazines» that would’ve been sent to my house — from which I’d have to «opt out» or my credit card would be charged $ 24.95. She did 1) not ask me if she could add these on (she instead pressed the button «yes» on the credit card touch screen multiple times without letting me see what she was pressing; and 2) did not tell me what I was signing for when she told me to sign (since one assumes you are signing for your money back, not to get your money back and then get charged $ 24.95 for «magazines» you don’t want.
Shady as all get out, and I will NOT be returning to Finish Line — nor should you.
