Called after hours and requested an exotic arrangement for my daughters birthday to be picked up first thing the next day. They went above and beyond my expectations. My daughter loved it ! Thank you very much! I will be back !

Worst experience I’ve had with a business. They claimed to have attempted delivery, but didn’t follow up with me when it failed. The following day(2⁄14) that zip code was not available for delivery. We agreed on another. That never happened. I waited for about 3 hours, being told that the delivery man would be there soon, until they finally closed and stopped answering the phone. I eventually showed up to my reservation late and empty-handed.

I have been calling these folks for days and the couple of times that anyone picked up, they claimed it was the wrong number. Just finished calling at 10 am on a Monday and there is no answer. Based on this, I wouldn’t order from this establishment even if and when anyone would finally answer a phone call.

DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYBUYINGTHEIRGROUPON! This is the worst flower shop I’ve ever dealt with. First of all, when you call, there’s a gentleman that answers the phone so rudely. He doesn’t give his name nor the name of the company. All he says is, «Hello!» I had to ask him if I’m calling a flower shop. That should have been the first sign of how unprofessional they are. I bought a Groupon for $ 50, which is worth $ 100 worth of flowers. I ordered«sympathy» flowers plus a fruit basket for my boss; they delivered dead flowers, dead leaves, and no kind of filling or bow placed in the center of the basket. It was so depressing. There was no way I would’ve have given those arrangements to my worst enemy. The delivery guy left before I went downstairs to the lobby to get the flowers. I guess he knew what he delivered. So I called the phone number, many times over; no one answered. I looked up on their website and noticed that they closed at 5 p.m., so I hurried up and jumped in my car with the delivery in hand, and drove over to the flower shop; which was about 20 minutes away from my job. Sure ’nuff, they were opened. There were two females in the shop. I placed both packages on their desk, and said, «This is unacceptable. The fruit basket looked like you all went across to Winn Dixie and bought two bananas, an apple, and a pear, and just placed it in the basket. It looked like a five-dollar fruit basket, instead of a $ 49.99 basket.» They had fruits in a used basket wrapped in plain seraphine paper, with an ugly used, blue bow. All they said was, «Do you want your money back?» No questions asked. I said, «I’d gladly take my money back.» I looked around in the shop to see if I could get something else instead, because we were pressing for time; there was nothing in the shop worth buying. The reviews from Fadua and Maria are probably the two female workers I met in the shop. You can trust my review. It’s the God’s-honest truth! I wish I could download the pictures to show my proof!

This shop has beautiful flowers! very high quality for an incredible affordable price. Friendly staff and fast delivery. As good as it can get!
