I love them! Because of Sonia and Lars my wedding was a success. Everything was beautiful and perfect. Sonia is a wonderful event corrdinater and is always on top of everything. Lars is an artist! His food is delicious and beautiful. Words cannot describe how grateful I am.

I am from San Diego, but got married on Dec. 6, 2009 in Islamorada(FL Keys). I am so lucky to have found Chef Lars and Sonia to cater my wedding. Not only were they responsive, professional, and calming through the entire process, but they also far exceeded my expectations for the event. They took care of everything — from ceremony set up and breakdown, to the reception rentals, to the food, to the bar, etc. They are full service. And from one foodie to the next, let me say that the food was unbelievable! It could not have been any better. I started out with 5 tray passed hors-douvres, which the guests loved(lamb medallions, endives with gorgonzola and honey, chicken skewers, tuna tartare on individual spoons, and wasabi/guacamole coleslaw on wontons). Then, I had them cater a 4 course meal — everything was cooked to perfection, truly foodie quality. The first course was a chicken and fruit pie with apple compote. The second course was a beautiful salad with roated tomatoes, avocado, and hearts of palm with balsamic vinagrette that Chef Lars makes himself. The third course was a choice of filet mignon or mahi mahi, both of which were cooked to perfection! I asked the Chef to make all the steaks medium, and he did exactly that, they were absolutely perfect! Some of my guests even had two entrees because they were so good. Also, the Chef allowed me to give a choice of fish or meat at the actual table, so guests did not have to choose their menu choice in advance of the event! Pretty cool. Finally my fourth course was a cheese plate with brie, white cheddar, and various fruits and berries. It was unbelievable and something the guests really enjoyed and thought was unique. Plus, Chef Lars chose the perfect cheeses for the plate — delicious! Finally, we ordered our cake from Todo Dulce, which the Chef recommended. The cake was incredible, too, I highly recommend them. I feel so lucky to have found Chef Lars for my event. He was amazing! He is also less exensive than some of the vendors in the FL Keys, and easier to get to for tastings and stuff, so I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Do not use Caribbean Catering in Islamorada(Debbie)!!! Chef Lars is a way better bet — better food, better service, better value for your money. We had a REALLY bad experience with Debbie and chose not to use her(thank goodness).
