Here we go again. Like I said previously, IF you happen to find a person here in this God forsaken place that backs up the words that come out of thier mouth — Grab ahold of them and cherish them.
In my dealings with Mr. Sygman, he is NOT one of these people you want to cling to. During our intitial meeting he told me to my face QUOTE: «You get the medical file and in the meantime I will request the Police Officers file from the Department and I will call you to go pick it up when it is ready.» UNQUOTE
I, of course delivered on my side of the bargain getting the medical file and then waited to hear from Mr. Sygmans Law Office. And waited. And waited. And then started sending emails that went unreturned, followed up by phone calls to his secretary who said she was delivering the messages to him.
Finally after several weeks I get an email from Mr. Sygman saying he was so busy and despite haveing a good case he wasnt going to be able to help me. Now Instead of giving me the «run around» and wasting a month and a half of my time why didnt he just say this upon the intitial meeting instead of letting words he knew he was never going to honor spill out of his mouth? GOOD QUESTION.
Then again –more vacant words roll out of his mouth as he tells me his office will mail my case file to me that I left with them after our intitail BS session… I’m waiting a week. …I’m waiting 2 weeks. Finally I’m done waiting and I call the office and get some imore diotic bs about they dont have my address. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I filled out this info on a questionaire during our initial meeting!
Meanwhile I’m asking this guy repeativly via emails and calls to his secretary if he can refer me to someone who handles these cases. Do you think I got a reply?
Do yourself a favor and if you need an attorney who’s going to treat you with respect, honor the words that come out of his mouth and conduct business in a professional manner DONT bother with this firm. However, from my experience as outlined above, If you are looking for vacant words, aggrivation and being ignored, definately give the guy a call and let him waste your limited valuable time with your legal issue.
