After a visit to Neurologist #1, I knew I had to find another one. Dr. Forteza came highly recommended so I drove to Miami and have no regrets. Unlike Neurologist #1, I was not rushed or treated like a «chart». Dr. Forteza LISTENED to me and took his time. He went beyond my MRI results and connected the dots. Above all, he genuinely cared and that fact was obvious. I have not felt this way about a physician in years. He is extremely knowledgeable and just a pleasant person. I am grateful that I was referred to him. My time in the waiting room was not long but think about this if you have a concern about the wait: don’t you also want him to him to spend quality time speaking with you when it is your turn?
