My experience was not the same as the other reviewer. This Chiro shares a building with an attorney and when I walked into the lobby the first thing I noticed was the smell of wet dog. It was raining — maybe there was a leak in the building(a whole in the ceiling –where its apparent they are getting work done & the borders on the wall were all stripped away) I should’ve maybe taken this as a sign. I asked the receptionist if there was a dog in the building because it smelled like pet and she responded that«it must be the tenant upstairs» — ooook. I was in quite a bit of pain otherwise I would’ve just left at that point. The inside of his personal practice was much nicer than the lobby –so I calmed down a bit. I waited 15 minutes in a room before the Chiro came in to see me. He was talking quite a bit and I really wanted to just get to the adjustment. He needed to do 2 x-rays — which my insurance didn’t cover. They were $ 45 each –so with My co-pay and the x-rays I walked away spending $ 120. He then had his assistant put me on a machine that rolled up and down my spine — just a little tickle for 20 minutes. Then she moved me to a room and put a heat pack on back for another 20 minutes.(Mind you I came in for a full adjustment as I’ve had the issue prior and this is what my Chiro in Los Angeles normally does) When he finally saw me(mind you — the minor adjustment did relieve the pain) but he purposely did not do a full adjustment to see me again the next day and get my insurance to pay another $ 110 dollars to his facility. Really– maybe I could have let go that his facility was not up to par or that it smelled like an animal. But the fact that he did the stereotypical Chrio«let me give you more sessions though I can finish in one to get the insurance» really bothered me very much. Lastly he apologizes about the smell because his tenant upstairs put his toilet in wrong — which has caused it to be a musty and I replied ’ Ummm gross — it doesn’t effect the equipment I’m laying on does it??? « Definitely a weird experience. It reminded of a scene out of minority report when he gets his eyes removed in that disgusting facility –wasn’t that bad but as I’ve experience great chiropractic work in other states my standards were up here ^^^ when I should’ve lowered them exponentially. I would not recommend this Chiropractor. And I requested a copy of my x-rays and they said they wouldn’t be ready for a day. when I call they say oh we only put them on a disc… Soooo what did I pay $ 45 for each one for??? I would assume the film processing of the x-ray. Whoosaww!

I love this guy!!! Not your typical«you need to come in 3 times a week for 20 weeks and pay $ 100 a visit» chiropractor. He is straight up with you. I had a curve in my spine(poor posture and imbalances from walking on crutches from a past injury). He told me to come in three times for three days in a row, then come in once a week and after a few weeks, just start every few months(3 – 6 months) to make sure that the curve doesn’t come back. His visits are more than affordable — $ 40(only $ 10 more than my co-pay when I had insurance). He works with anyone, insured or not. He is really down to earth and good hearted — he is actually a doctor/chiropractor, not just for the money, but because he wants people to take care of themselves, their backs and have less pain. I would refer him to anyone, he is awesome. Not to mention, I’m never in the doctor’s office more than 30 minutes(except the first visit, of course, because of x-rays, exam, etc.) I wish there were more than 5 stars.
