Found this place as a result of Urbanspoon … listen, whoever rated this place 100% is delusional. I had Serdo Asado with Gallo Pinto. In short, the food was cold and bland. Most of the food you order seems to have been sitting under «white lights» for hours … not very fresh.

As a nearby alternative, I highly recommend Fat Busters! Same concept, but tastes way better.
